Program is easy to use. helpful directions. great at including information from previous year return.

syncing between online and desktop does not always work. Online does not include a form view or target a specific item to revisit or update.

I have used Turbo Tax for more then10 years now. I very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone who are filing their own taxes.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Good product, but it struggles greatly with K1's and especially K3's.

The navigation was made very friendly. All the questions or doubt I had were answered. I got in touch with support which was answered quickly.

I have used TurboTax for many years and found it to be very easy to use. They ask all the questions and that helps me a lot.

Makes filing my tax return easy and accurate. don't like some of the duplicate entries that it put in but I could delete them as needed.

This is our 30th year using TurboTax. I have been happy with it over all those years. I've never had an issue with our taxes over all those years.

She is very knowable and professional and help us effectively to resolved issues we encounter and answer questions we concerned. Big thumb up!!

It was easier to use last year's TurboTax. More user friendly. Had problem importing data from brokerage firm.
