TurboTax gets worse every year. This year the user experience is so horrible that I'm never buying it again.

Turbo Tax is nice, confusing at times, however my ability to call fo help is amazing and helpful. Thank you.

There should be some explanation on how you calculated certain line items, more descriptions of what the line included.

Fairly good. Had to go back a few times to get things entered . Had trouble transferring 2024 tax information.

Excellent program. The only problem seemed to be that Turbo Tax demanded information for boxes on my W2 that had no information in them.

Every time I log into Turbo Tax, I have to step through Updater which is annoying. How many new updates can there be. There are TOO many Updates

The federal filing printout has NO instruction on where to send the tax file. CA state tax printout has mailing instructions.

First, it is almost impossible to get a desktop version. Fix that. Second, you failed me by not allowing me to import Coinbase info.

Ease of going through each category and entering the needed data for each question. E-filing is great !!!
