Turbo Tax continues to be a very useful product, but it is less intuitive and less helpful compared to previous years. It will identify an error or omission, but it won't take you to the place to correct the issue.

This is the first year I have had issues with printing the return. There was misalignment with the pages, strike throughs, artifact, unable to print just the state return, change the state, and I could go on.

I had to amend my return as I received a K-1 form after I had filed. Kevin provided wonderful help with this amendment.

Filing extension was a big problem last year (2024). I did not need it this year (2025) but I should be able to efile my extension.

State return wasn't very good The funds from 2025 HSA withdrawals were used to pay for 2024 expenses. There was no wa to report this in turbotax

TurboTax has failed me big time this year. Because of TurboTax I will be paying over $1000 in late fees.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years, and so far, I continue to find the software very helpful and explained in a comprehensible manner.

Don't recall any problems. Review for accuracy. Included State. But having trouble printing State return.

Online support was a tremendous help. Answered all of my questions and walked me through the process.

I am surprised that Turbotax is trying to persuade me to buy additional services like live tax advise.
