Manipulation of customers to use a cloud based product; Impossibility of working from last year's return which negates all reasons for using the Intuit products in future years!!!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years as always its accurate user friendly and this year they have made it even more efficient and easy. I tried other tax programs and went right back to Turbo Tax

The state tax product is horrible. Some dollar figures did not automatically populate, even though TurboTax had all the necessary information. As a result, my state tax took a lot more effort than it should have.

Bought a rental property in January with related financing, then refinanced it in September 2025. The costs related to the closing documents were hard to put into TurboTax bacause the line descriptions didn't match,

This is the first year I have had issues with printing the return. There was misalignment with the pages, strike throughs, artifact, unable to print just the state return, change the state, and I could go on.

I've used TurboTax every year for the last 18 years. It's been super easy, intuitive and useful. This year seems like a few steps backward - less intuitive, clunky, and difficult to navigate through.

Turbo Tax continues to be a very useful product, but it is less intuitive and less helpful compared to previous years. It will identify an error or omission, but it won't take you to the place to correct the issue.

I had a lot of trouble reading the small print, and navigating was trickier than it needed to be. I like the fact that it picked up info from last year's return.

The federal return was easy but the PA State return was difficult to print. I didn't want to pay the extra filing fee and you made it very difficult to get the state forms to print.

Importing info this year was impossible. Printing is a challenge. I asked for just the state return for file-by-mail but got both Federal and State.
