Importing my IRAs was a confusing process. If I attempted to review the imported data all fields were blank. If I then filled the data all amounts were doubled.

Glad to see that it was easier this year to enter 1099INT Box 3 data, thanks! Also, for Minnesota it appears I can file Form M1PR using Turbo Tax in the future, it use to be a person had to send that in separately.

I love using Turbotax, it explains things well. The only thing that I don't like is that when you return to the returns, boxes that you previously checked show unchecked. I have complained about that in the past, but maybe it fell on deaf ears.

why is there a $40 refund charge when i already paid almost $90 just to use the program also why did i have to pay $25 to file a state return when that is suppose to be free???? very disappointed

The most important 2 items are 1) the capability of importing financial data directly into all the proper forms, and 2) the final review to assure all required data has been updated with no missing information or data.

I am not thrilled with the new format for entering income, especially interest and dividends. It is cumbersome and confusing and generally less informative that the previous versions.

Download sucks...bring back the CD! never got the state download to work. two hours on phone and finally support staff just sent me a link for the Vermont State program. You really need to get it together. Also bring back ITS Deductible

Saw one issue when setting up for e-file. The 'Date of Birth' field was populated incorrectly, specifically the 'Day' field. I verified the date of birth was correct in the 'Personal Data' information.

"Allow" button that permits connection to other sites is inert. There is no animation or sound to signify that the button has been successfully activated.

I had to go to goggle to fix my problem, because your error checking didn't catch the issue with my Form 8889 issue that was causing it to be rejected by the IRS!!!.
