On average easy to use. If you have complex taxes and need to jump to specific forms and fields, it can be challenging to get instructions for that field explaining exactly what is required for correction.

You have tightened internal balancing to a degree that it is most difficult to e-file. Even small, trivial anomalies prevent e-filing. Last year Turbo Tax allowed an override of small exceptions and e-filing.

Turbo Tax was easy to use and I was amazed that it flowed so well with all the Big .gly bill tax changes that occurred in 2025. I have used Turbo Tax when I loaded it with a floppy disk and the there was no efile in fact no internet.

i find the ever changing fonts an font sizes to be really annoying. Please ensure that the next release has a consistent look and feel across all the input screens. I found some place the font was huge, in other it was really, really small -

Turbo Tax is excellent, Verry happy with it, except for one thing. Why did you get rid of the option to view your charitable donations in alphabetical order. That used to be a HUGE time saver!!!

I was unable to e-file BECAUSE TURBO TAX INSISTED THAT MY ZIP CODE WAS INCORRECT (TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THE FORM IN QUESTION--AND USED IN MY HOME STATE FOR THE PAST 35 YEARS). HOW DARE YOU!

I really wish you would create the ability to alphabetize, by the name of the organization, cash donations to charitable organizations. It would make it much easier from year to year to enter donations.

5 stars for DECADES from me but I knocked off 3 stars this year for the "Windows 11 only" decision. NO excuse to make your loyal customers have to buy a Windows 11 license to install your product. I almost said to heck with Intuit. Do better.
