There are some questions that should have allowed the N/A entry. The donations section is lacking many categories. Need to allow the AI algorithm to reflect the donations categories of previous Turbo Tax software.

turbotax has an ongoing problem with not being able to upload tax documents from vanguard to turbotax. this software bug has been unaddressed by turbotax software maintenance for years. this is unacceptable. fix this software bug ASAP!!!!!!!

TurboTax is a great tool and easing the paint of filing Fed & State income tax. I would use it again next year hope to get some discount for repeated customer. -KhaiT

Late program updates and could not import any documents. The only reason I purchased Premier was the brokerage import capabilities. After years of using TurboTax this was the single worst experience I have had.

My only complaint is that this is the second year in a row that I forgot to enter form 1095 information and TurboTax did not catch it before I tried to efile.

Turbo Tax has consistently helped me file my taxes with confidence and accuracy an most of all the maximum refund or lowest amount I have to pay to the IRS.

Been using TurboTax Premier for over 25+ years as i can look over my shoulder and see all the disks on my shelf. lol Wish i could upload a picture for you. Never had one issue. Would not go anywhere else! Thank you ....

Please fix Turbotax to import combined (both Div & Int) 1099's from C Schwab. After more than 20 years I'll be looking for a tax application that can import all data.

Upfront cover while buying says Fed & 1 State Free. However, towards the end for just one State e-file it took $45 extra. This is misleadingly manipultive. Not acceptable though!

imported numbers were not itemized or labeled as such. Just mysterious numbers showing up saying "needs review". 1099 payee and address information were not transferred
