Not as good as previous years. My financial institution provides a combined 1099. This year Turbo Tax did not parse or separate out 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, or 1099-B. It only saw the first 1099. I had to manually enter the remaining 1099s.

Very buggy software for the 2025 tax return. It appears that Intuit is overly focused on selling new services and is neglecting their core service and mission.

Have used Turbo Tax for years with great results. The IRS Computer usually accepts return within 20 minutes. Prior to using Turbo Tax I was audited due to clerical errors. Turbo tax eliminates that problem.

Buggy from the first step. Makes the simplest things complicated. For example, I'd like to save my tax file to my computer. No easy instructions. Only how to print. I've looked online. I've looked at Turbo Tax help. stupid

I couldn't do my taxes without Turbo Tax. However, when filling out Form 1099-NEC, it wouldn't let me put in the same state for state tax withheld and state tax income. I had to edit the actual 1099-NEC form so that I could continue.

The UX for entering oinvestment income is still very very poorly done and needs improvement. I get two sets of 1099 composite forms (DIV, INT, etc.) and when I'm presented with items to review, I can't tell which account it's for!

Import of broker info lead to double counting of my capital gains leading to a huge false increase in taxable income and tax liability. Could not correct so had to do over again without the broker import. Huge hassle!!!!!

I love this software. I have been using it for years. It is so intuitive and easy to use. Thank you for providing such a great product to make a complicated task more simple.

Washington State residents do not have state taxes, only for those eligible for some Families of which I am not eligible . Due to this glitch, even if I don't need a state filing, I can not E-file my return

Easy to use and love the step by step instructions. Have used TurboTax desktop software for over 10 years and have never had an issue with doing my taxes. Not a fan of the on.line web page versions
