I've been using Intuit Turbo Tax software for many years and have been successful in my tax filing since inception. The software is user friendly and comprehensive to effectively file most tax returns without professional intervention.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to use and guides you through the steps as you enter the information and answer questions as you complete your return. There is online help available and live tax advice available as well.

As always, I have come to rely on Turbo Tax for filing my taxes. My situation is very simple not requiring deep analysis, tax advice, or additional forms. Thanks Turbo Tax.

As a long-time user (since 1985) of TurboTax, I was again pleased with the thoroughness of the Personal software DESPITE a less-than-stellar experience with TurboTax Business this year (which was much less polished than the Personal software).

As usual with TurboTax, the experience of filing taxes is a breeze. You just read the instructions and fill in the blanks. It allows you to go back and forth between sections and never loses a beat.

The experts - Tamara and Brigippe were very helpful. They are very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and find the solutions to me. I'm very happy with their services.

I just typed a lengthy explanation of a problem (and a suggestion) in the screen before asking for if I was pleases and would recommend Turbo Tax. PLEASE READ THAT. Too long to retype here.

Buggy from the first step. Makes the simplest things complicated. For example, I'd like to save my tax file to my computer. No easy instructions. Only how to print. I've looked online. I've looked at Turbo Tax help. stupid

I like using TurboTax overall. It is generally intuitive and efficient. I prefer to use desktop. I would like to see an "audit trail" for every number in form 1040, such as the composition of total interest income.

I went past the page with the option to automatically download information from my broker. when i went back to add the information the option had disappeared. help options and availability were useless.
