Great experience once again with Turbo Tax - had a very minor filing issue that was quickly and expertly resolved by Deandre. Have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so in the future.

This year using Premier (like I have for many years) there were several times that I wanted to go back and review a portion of a section (revise at times) but it was not as user friendly as in prior years. That was frustrating.

Can't do efile for my Oregon State non-resident income tax return. Called in and talked to someone. Though she spent 2 hours to troubleshoot, she can't solve the issue. In the end, i had to do paper filing. Very disappointed.

accuracy - keeps you straight on your return compatibility - easy to work with features - has all up to date info interface - works well with my HP computer support - they are always willing to help and are readialy available

Entering 1099R was circular regarding SEP boxes. Also when entering 1099 B info it first ask for individual transaction. i had to exit and reopen the topic in order to just enter the summary.

Easy to install, easy to use, and easy to file. The only problem I had was entering a credit card expiration date - could not select the correct month. Had to use a different credit card with month less than "9"

This a fantastic program that was very "user-friendly" and well-designed. Had excellent Customer Support and was able to complete the form and file it within a few hours.

This software seems to be developed and validated by a team that is unfamiliar with preparing US tax forms. The general user interface really stinks too as it is extremely difficult to correct without starting over in many cases.

Nikki was fantastic. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and it is always a user friendly tool to navigate. There were a few changes to the initial input sections but facilitated input easily.
