Turbotax failed to transfer the asset depreciation Schedule E figures/amounts which caused undue financial error and reduction in refunds. After preparing, saving, printing and filing a return, the actual return disappeared as though information was never entered other than personal information.

The interface is too low contrast for those with vision issues. You need to do a "dark mode" with a black background adn white print. Blue print may look. COOL but it's not practical. In fact, I had troubles reading it before I got old. Next, saving. While my federal was saved and the pdf generated, it did nor nees to automatically save the state. Next, if you won't electronically files the sate return TELL ME WHY so Ican try to fix it! Don't just leave me high and dry! We're used TurboTax since it was MacInTax; still room for improvement.

Your software is a plague on the US Tax Industry. You should feel horrible. This company needs to burn to the ground. You filed the forms incorrectly requiring me to go in and fix it manually. You have spent millions lobbying Congress to keep the US tax code complex so people need your software. You have actively fought against the IRS creating a free direct filing system. Your interface asks confusing questions that can lead people down the wrong path.

Turbo Tax used to be a great product, but not anymore. The things that distract me the most when I want to concentrate on doing my taxes are: (1) the non-stop screens that try to sell me stuff I don't need; (2) removing Its Deductible without telling me BEFORE I bought the product; and (3) the constant attempts to get me to use the online version instead of the desktop version. I will never buy Turbo Tax again.

used for 30+years, harder to use every year. Oklahoma filing, Ok. return does not print when ask for preview. Last several years always a wreck a filling time. Can't print Okla. return for Mail in filling. T tax insists on E file, I'm trying to get around it!!

I have used Turbo Tax and Quicken since the `1990's. This year's version was the worst I have ever used. I imported my investing data but the numbers didn't prefill in the form; I had to manually enter it. To top it all off, I still can't print my final return as of now. I will use Turbo Tax next year, but if have the problems II had this ear, I will move to a different product

Entering Charitable items was a pain this year! It was easier in past years. Also didn't like the wording Turbo tax used on TABOR refund. I was unclear about whether or not I got the Tabor refund I was due. TABOR is known as the taxpayer bill of rights in Colorado.

Purchasing the desktop version of turbotax was a pain. I don't want to do my taxes on line. All links pointed to the online version. I was not able to purchase directly from my online account. I had to go to the website directly. The registration of turbotax did not work correctly and had me use up one of my available installations every time that I logged on. I am wondering if TurboTax needs to be run as Administrator? I did see some forum comments related but they were for TurboTax Canada. Other than the above issues, TurboTax continues to be easy to use.

My experience was that in many cases,I knew more than they did and actually solved the last 3 issues keeping from being able to finish my return. One of your experts committed to follow-up with me after doing some research off-line to call me back exactly 2 hours later. They never called me back. No good!!! Also, they asked me to send them a file of last year's return, but of course couldn't tell me how to do that. Also said that they didn't have a tech department to call to find out. Not good!!!

After completing it would not let me e-file. I got a message "You've reached your e-file limit. the IRS only allows 5 returns to be e-filled with personal tax software. Everywhere I turned TURBO TAX was only wanting more and more money to be spent with them. So, the Features that were advertised were not available.
