The attachments are great. The wand is flawed. Very difficult to keep the handle extension connected to the attachment end. If only the designer had thought to use some way to securely hold the two pieces. That's the first issue. The second issue: not very powerful. Also, the attachment end won't hold the position you prefer it to be. The attachment head will flop back and forth during use.

It makes cleaning the shower so much easier where I don't have to bend down on the floor to clean. It's definitely a little weighty but that makes me feel like it's also sturdy. It was easy to figure out how to use. The only aspect I don't love is it's another tool to find a place to store. Will definitely continue to use though!

Heavy! Not ergonomic! It is bulky and heavy! There isn't much power, the attachments are okay but it does fall off. This was horribly designed. Sometimes the button gets stuck and you can't adjust it. I've had it for not even an hour and I'm going to be returning it.

This tool made deep cleaning the shower so much easier and less tiring. I had been putting it off while waiting for my plumber to replace the handheld shower head, but it handled the job really well. It cleaned the glass enclosure effectively and removed stubborn hard water limescale with ease. Definitely a worthwhile purchase — highly recommended!
