Falls apart with every use! Will check into a return for refund. I have used it twice and both times the wand falls out of the holder numerous times during use.

Dissatisfied with quality and easiness of use. The attachments fall off easily and the angle doesn’t stay locked. It’s a bit heavier than I expected while using. Once I attached the pole, I have been unable to detach it to use it as a handheld scrubber for smaller projects. The battery does last a good while and charging is easy.

Disappointed in how poorly this tool cleaned our shower floor and wall grout which is what I bought it for. I was hoping it would be a game changer. I used grout cleaner and the scrubber on the high setting for 20 minutes, and the grout still wasn't clean. We had better results on our hands and knees with a hand scrub brush from the dollar store and a toothbrush. Fantiik should include a scrub brush that has staggered cleaning bristle heights. The scrub brush that is included has bristles that are all the same length and can't reach into grout lines which are lower than the tiles. I used the corner attachment to clean the corners of the shower, but it is way too soft and bends when you apply gentle pressure and doesn't clean effectively. Such a bummer, will be returning to Sam's Club for a refund.

Like the screw driver at 29 bucks I don’t know how they make these for 39.00. Well worth it. Battery life is great. (Worth the weight others supposedly complain about to have long use times) Not sure why people have issues with the heads not staying on. Has to be user error. Handle does require a good turn to engage. But tools stay on nicely for me. Only thing I would improve is power on and off requires a long press of the button. I’d rather on off require a quick press and speed changes a long press. Fanttik brand stuff is impressive.

If I could return it I would! The only positive thing I can is the battery is long lasting. The brush doesn't stay attached when cleaning. It has three different “lock” positions for cleaning however it doesn't stay in that position nor does the handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this scrubber! So many different heads and uses. It worked great on our bathrooms and helps with the speed and ease to clean. Makes cleaning more ergonomic friendly as well. It is a bit noisy but not too bad. Would recommend

Works very well. A great purchase.

Works great, makes cleaning shower much easier

very poor quality in construction, keeps falling apart during use. Not enough power to "scrub" anything.

This is definitely a life saver. I wish we would have had this for years. With as much tile that we have it has made our cleaning a lot easier.
