A big negative that you are requiring Windows 11 already. Also....Prefer that there is an option to provide the software on a disc instead of only download.

It was easy to do the tax return but I believe the software was not correct with the amount of required estimated taxes to pay. The estimated taxes to pay were a lot more than what the amount due on my federal 2025 tax return.

I have used Turbo Tax since the beginning. Confidence in software/program. Well designed and asks all the right questions for successful filling of federal and state returns.

I have 2 dependents on my tax return, but the 1095-A deduction section did not provide a selection for my dependent, there was no way for me to add their name for me to report.

Once again, the software would not install as last year. The software processes have gotten more and more clunky, not intuitive, and require many additional steps. I've used it for 35 years but no more.

I have been filing my fairly complicated taxes with TurboTax for years. It has never let me down. I have never been audited. I am confident that I paying no more tax than I should be.

Unlike previous years you made it very difficult to find answers to questions that aren't common, like where do I enter information from a Form 1099 LTC.

TurboTax does not allow organization names for charitable deductions to be placed in alphabetical order. With over 30 entires, I keep having to search the list for the correct charity. PLEASE put organizations in alphabetical order!

I'v been using turbotax since as long as I can remember. I used the regular turbotax and now that my circumstances have changed I am using the premier turbotax. I wouldn't use any other program to do my taxes.
