There were problems in the file being saved in different places that I never had before but I worked it out.

have used turbotax for years and it has been easy to complete returns i like it retrieving last years figures

Why the software was easy to use, I was unhappy with the fact that both the IRS and state came back to me to say my returns were incorrect.

This year's turbotax was a lot more glitchy than all prior versions that I have used. That made it take a whole lot longer than usual.
