I have used TurboTax since 1993. It is easy to use and it processes the federal and state tax returns accurately.

Hard to understand instructions at first but after reading the instructions two or three times I figured it out.

I've used TurboTax for years. It has always made filing taxes easy. They provide assistance when the taxes are complicated.

This year's version was not as user friendly as previous years, and I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and will not use any other product. Easy to navigate and a joy to use.

I couldn't do it without all the help provided by both the software and also conversations with TurboTax staff.

Another year, another tax return. It is always oh so easy with TurboTax. I love the desktop so please don't take it away!

Problem with using IRS Pin. you have to search it out instead of offering it as a field to be complete
