This year's version was not as user friendly as previous years, and I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years.

Great features for investment accounts and self-employed. Very easy to use and quickly complete and file electronically.

Good tool kit but the fact that we have to always upgrade to a higher Windows version isn't cool at all.

Easy to input data and results in complete and accurate tax return. Easy to review, file with IRS and print copy for my files

Entering investments not an easy download from Merrill this year. Had to manually enter all the information from 1099's, etc.

My experience with Turbo Tax this year is satisfactory. The software is user friendly and handles updates to the tax code well.

They tack on a $45 "Premium" fee at the end. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. They're stealing!

Terrible experience. Last year I'll be using TurboTax. So much wasted time and no one could fix the issues I had whenever I needed to make purchases.

Now I can't even get back to checking if my federal and state e-filing went through. The absolute last time I will use turbo tax after many years.
