As always, I like to file my own taxes because of Turbo Tax. I will always use it. I have been using Turbo tax for more than 10 years now.

Full of bugs. Will not even save a pdf properly with a valid windows filename that have multiple "." in it. So stupid. FIRE your S/W developer.

Program used to provide means by which to load QuickBooks Desktop data into TurboTax.....now I can only do so manually.

Turbo tax offered videos online to help with different subjects. It is not as easy to use as it was in h past.

Does not know how to handle 1099 Combined forms. I have to manually enter information for tax state exempt bonds.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and accuracy. It has been helping me out to file my tax return for about 10 years.

Customer for 10 years plus, medium complex return, still the best way to file. Several complex K-1s and numerous other uncommon forms. Thank you.
