You've gone from being easy to having pop up questions trying to ask if I want to pay for phone help, etc. Not very professional.

Nobody enjoys the tax season, but TurboTax is so well written that I enjoy doing my tax return, getting a refund does help. Gary Knight

Great experience. Child Tax Credit was not calculating correctly at first but figured it out. It was not the most intuitive.
