I am through with Turbotax

I was unable to import my 2024 info into 2025, consequently I had to spend two days in Turbotax which is rigid and unintuitive

A one-way interface that frustrates.

Fair. The interface was not user-friendly. No question asking ability-at all. The software "felt" antiquated. But...it got the job done.

it was mostly good except one incident where one of the call in people hung up on us when we had a question, he got upset and hung up..

Turbo Tax Works Well For Me

I generally like Turbo Tax. It does the job. But I'm not too happy that Intuit is beating a review out of me and is holding my analytics hostage.

Turbo Tax is very frustrating.

Now I can't even get back to checking if my federal and state e-filing went through. The absolute last time I will use turbo tax after many years.
