I have used TurboTax for many years and find that it is easy use and keeps me organized year to year.

i did not engage with any of the advisers, after using turbo tax for so many years it's become natural

did NOT receive refund from efile which ttax said was correct ttax did not provide correct forms to irs ?? I am not happy

Generally good but tough to get someone on the phone to answer questions and they don't always provide accurate advice.

The "guide me" screens could be improved by having more information on unusual topics, like carryovers. Otherwise, great program with good features.

Tax filing become more friendly. I suggest to make more simple for dummy like me to prepare and save information.

Definitely miss It's Deductible. It's what set your product apart from others. Need to bring it back.

changes in format, not even recognizable from previous year, too much use of AI rather than turbotax help to get through

I wanted to file Federal by mail and Maryland by E-file. You made it impossible to do so - You just sent me around in circles. Terrible
