I liked everything about these when I tried them at home, pairing was easy enough, the sound quality was better than my current runners, the Aeropex, without the pressure from the band. The Openfit Air were comfortable, light, stayed in place and were sunglass friendly. The touch controls would skip a song, pause, or adjust the volume when I didn't want them to. On my first run, the controls went haywire as soon as I started sweating, and each side fought to adjust the volume continually until it got so loud I had to remove them. This happened repeatedly. I decided to send them back, and the return seemed easy enough. Maybe Shokz could make a version with real buttons. Luckily, I still enjoy my Aeropex even after three years. Thanks and good luck!

They wear is very comfortable. I have a ton of ear piercings so I can't fit in earbuds. Shokz don't look too big and weird. My last earbuds had a big blue light on them and I felt embarrassed wearing them. Audio feature, it's good. They aren't Bose's. The bass isn't fantastic but that's not important to me. I haven't worn them for more than an hour so I can't comment on battery life. So far so good. I highly recommend these!

They work great except for one glitch. I was turning the volume up and it got stuck turning up. I tried turning it down but it kept going right back up. I finally had to turn them off and try later. It did go back to normal but that is a concern. I was sweating a lot so maybe the button got wet???

I have always used this type of headphones. I practice cycling outdoors and have had bad experiences, that's why I bought this device with a guarantee that does not last more than 6 months and is damaged by sweat. I would like to know if I have the full 100% guarantee on the product.

Very comfortable to wear. Sound is pretty good with a limit to maximum volume. My major concern is that occasionally when receiving a phone the caller can't hear me. I'll hear the caller repeatedly ask if I'm there. The earphones are connected since I can hear them but they don't hear me. This is a big problem.

I purchased these for my husband. Christmas present. He loves them. He can't believe how comfortable they are. You almost can't tell they are there. The sound is great and he is looking forward to trying all the feature's. So far great product! As the are new but Definitely recommend !

I had been wearing trekz from 2020-2024 and loved them except for the crappy microphone and their fragility when traveling. They finally broke while in a backpack, so I tried the Open Air Fits. The Open Air Fits have a nice small case to keep them safe when not in use, the sound quality is *much* better, and the mic still works well after a few weeks of regular use! They are comfortable enough that I use them for everything from remote work calls to podcasts during chores. They fit well enough to stay put for running too! Love these.

These would be five stars if they had better controls, because they are attractive, comfortable, and charge quickly. I also have an OpenRun headset, and it has button control for picking up calls, turning streaming on and off, connecting, and controlling volume. But, I wanted something that didn't have a wire at the back. The touch control on the OpenFit Air is hard to find and hard to get the touch pressure right. The sound quality is about the same with both. I almost sent them back, but I appreciate the comfort and lack of a wire.

The sound is excellent. Listening to music is a pleasure as lower frequencies are present and the tonal balance (highs, minds, lows) is good, with nothing needing to be over-emphasized to compensate for anything missing. The sound quality during phone conversations is excellent as well with good balance and clarity. The upsides and downsides of the open-ear design are something to consider. There is no isolation for what you're listening to, so whatever sound is happening around you in your environment can be heard as well. Traffic, people talking, the ambient sound in an airplane when you're flying - it all can be heard while wearing these. You decide if that's a good thing (you're not isolated from your environment) or a bad thing (you're not isolated from your environment). I think these do a remarkable job in accomplishing their goal. The quality of sound for both music and the human voice is excellent and they function well for phone calls, music, etc. . They're comfortable as well. They do not isolate you from what's around you; if that's a requirement for you, these may not be your best choice. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.

Love these, We also have the OpenFit model. This one is lighter, so light i forget I'm wearing them sometimes. The only downfall, is the controls are TOO sensitive. My hair (especially if damp/wet), will initiate the tap control and make a call/ turn of music/ etc. It's a bit annyoing.
