Sound quality is a lot better than expected, can feel a bit uncomfortable after wearing for extended period of time but it's not specific to these headphones, just the hooked ear design in general. Pretty seamless setup and the app lets you customize the buttons if you want to change them.

These work perfectly for me for several reasons. Super comfy so I can wear for hours with no ear discomfort. When I receive a call, people tell me they hear me loud and clear (very important to me) AND having them simultaneously paired with my phone and my laptop is awesome. Great job, Shokz!!

This is my second pair of Shokz. I already owned the Open Run. I have tried again and again to use ear buds and just don't care having anything stuck in my ear for any length of time I was.so impressed with the Open Run but they are not so comfortable to recline in bed with. These new earbuds are perfect! Very comfy for watching TV in bed or listening to music. I use both pair of my Shokz frequently and for several hours at a time. I love I can hear other stuff around me while using them. I believe that is my real issue with regular ear buds. Oh, and I got them in pink! Too cute!

The fit is comfortable - didn't even realize I was wearing them. I enjoy that I can hear what's happening around me (like talking with fellow runners), and the music is still clear. I can also crank the volume if I only want to focus on my music. Sound comes through crisp and clear.

I really liked these, they're comfortable and they didn't fall off. But, if you get even a little bit sweaty, or sweat gets in your hair that might touch the ear buds, the touch goes wonky. It will keep increasing it decreasing the volume and continually skip songs.

Received these for Fathers’ Day, but I’m honestly disappointed. Instead of transmitting sound via bone-conduction as the numerous other Shokz we’ve had in the past, these simply have tiny speakers and are “open” to allow ambient sound to also be heard passively. The tiny speakers sound fantastic, mind you. Even if you’re looking for something along these lines, I’m sorry to tell you that, at least for me, these will not stay on my ears. Simply leaning forward, laying down, or moderately vigorous activity will allow gravity to snatch these away from your head. I received these as a gift, and I’m really grateful. My kids and wife however were not aware that these weren’t bone conducting, nor that they would have a desire to wander. If I could return them, I would.

My fault I came to the bone conduction company and bought the one headset that doesn't feature the only technology they're known for. Feel like the rug was pulled from under me. Sure they sound ok but that's not what I was lead to believe I was buying.

I love to walk outside but believe in being aware of my surroundings, and that meant no headphones. Wanting to get into audiobooks, I took a risk on these. And I LOVE them. I am trying to still figure out the settings - a couple times I've touch the earbud to adjust fit while walking and somehow turned off sound while book was still playing or unintentionally paused it. Either way, that's a small thing and these are worth it!

I've ALWAYS had Shokz since yall started. I love how comfortable they are and how clear everything comes thru. I'm hard of hearing so it isnt always easy to find something that works but your products have the right amount of loudness that is enough for me to enjoy music and my audio books. I was excited to try these news ones as the others ones the wire that lays somewhat on the neck is uncomfortable with a collar shirt for my uniform. Unfortunately an hr into wearing them I got rash of a lifetime! I went to the doctor got it cured. Disinfected them and tried it again. My Rashad came back with a vengeance. Needless to say the 3rd time I tried it didn't work either. Not sure what changed but can't wear 'em. So I gave them away. Bought Bose the new ones ... so much more expensive. No rash but horrible sound. I will return them and hopefully wait till yall can make something of quality materials.

I had a set of Shokz wraparound with microphone for work that always worked so well. So, when I saw they had ear-only versions, I was excited to try them. Love how easy they are to pair and wear. And it was great to be able to pair them to more than one device. So much more secure to wear than the fruit company’s pods. I don’t need to spend much of the time of a run pushing them in, because my Shokz stay nice and steady and sound fantastic!
