I was worried from the pictures that they would be bulky and be uncomfortable or fall off. I was very wrong. They are light as air, do not move and the sound quality is so good that I had to repeatedly take one off to make sure that I was hearing through them and not the device they were connected to. My old pair was a trekz air and I am glad that I upgraded!

I am very happy with these ear buds. They are extremely comfortable and allow me to hear those around me. I can hand one to a friend if I want to share what I am listening to. The only thing I do wish was different is that you have to place them backing their box when pairing. This can become tiring if you find yourself pairing to multiple different types of devices. Overall, I am very pleased, and I would certainly buy them again.

I have 2 pairs of shockz. They are absolutely the best product I have ever bought. I bought a pair for all 4 of my children and their spouses. I bought them for the kids when they were in college. I love that they could hear their surroundings but had absolute amazing sound. I was always worried about them walking on campus with other headphones and they could not hear someone walking behind them or a car horn. It's the best product and makes my kids feel safe. Every christmas, I bring a wrap pair for our gift exchange and everyone always fights over them.

These would be five stars if they had better controls, because they are attractive, comfortable, and charge quickly. I also have an OpenRun headset, and it has button control for picking up calls, turning streaming on and off, connecting, and controlling volume. But, I wanted something that didn't have a wire at the back. The touch control on the OpenFit Air is hard to find and hard to get the touch pressure right. The sound quality is about the same with both. I almost sent them back, but I appreciate the comfort and lack of a wire.

Easy to use. . Lightweight. Comfortable with glasses overall for a while then I notice and take off my Shokz. I really love them. Great sound quality and my callers can hear me well. Sometimes I hang up on people if I remove them. and accidentally hit that area on device while talking. .

4 stars since it is frustrating that they automatically join two of my open devices when I open the charger when in fact I am not necessarily going to use them right away. The only option is to either disconnect and find the devices or unpair every time which I don’t want to do - otherwise this is my 4th or 5th pair of shokz so clearly I am a big fan

I've been wearing these for over a month now and am truly impressed by the comfort of wear and ease of manipulating the touch/tap use, and how it connects fluidly to the app in my iPhone, MacBook Pro 13" M1, and my iPad Pro. I have even found they are relatively easy-ish to sleep with making it possible to turn them into sleep-buds with white noise or 'sleep sounds' they are almost perfect for side sleeping too. I am a caregiver to my parents and sleep near them so this has been great for me to nap, or do work, while hearing them for safety and health. I also wear thick tortoiseshell glasses and have no problem wearing. I put the earbuds on first and then my glasses. Easy. The only thing that might be amazing is if they could make these as a full back of head/neck option if a person doesn't want their ear 'tired' from such things hanging over ear in this way. Sometimes I prefer that to this design-type. HOWEVER I REALLY LOVE THESE. (wished they came in purple or lavender 🥰 )

I like them. The new design makes wearing them without the fear of them falling off my ear and getting damaged or worse even losing them thank you for putting that little bend on these. One thing it would be even nicer if I could customize the EQ like the fits on the app. That's it. These get a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very disappointed in this product. It does not hold a charge for even 8 hours. If you store them charged in the case, they may not be charged when you take them out. I am also finding them connecting to my phone when I have them charging in the drawer. I lose the call because I cannot hear the person. I would not recommend.

I purchased these for distance running. Overall sound quality was good and they were comfortable in the ears. For me personally, I like to only wear 1 earbud at a time. This is where the Openfit Air was not a good match. On each earbud you only have two options for controls (no actual buttons) with additional selections in the app. At no point can you have both volume up and down on a single earbud. On top of that the right was only compatible with up and the left only compatible with down. To adjust volume with only one earbud I had to pull out my phone. I returned these and would not purchase again unless this feature was available
