Sam’s Club cancelled my order for no reason. I contacted customer service, and I was told I would get an email update about why it was cancelled but received nothing after waiting a week.

I was nervous from the reviews about whether this would arrive quickly especially since I ordered after midnight, but it was in my email within 15 minutes!

I bought 4 of these. 3 worked perfectly, the fourth one did not. The code was not found when trying to redeem on Southwest website. I called Southwest and Sam's and waiting for gift card team to email me. Then I'll send a screen shot of my issues. And hopefully have a resolution.

Unlike other airlines gift cards, Southwest's has a great deal of restrictions, like no refunds allowed whatsoever. Even if your flight is cancelled due to weather or Southwest's fault, they will not issue a refund to the gift card. Instead, they will only give flight credit expiring in 1 year that can't be transferred to another passenger. In addition, you do not get the DOT protections that you would get when paying with cash. For example, you can't refund within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, or be entitled to compensation for delays. If you bought any other airline's gift cards, you would not be subject to this many rules. So buyer beware.

I ordered this gift card over 2 hours and 30 minutes ago and still have not received it in my email. I called Sam's club customer service and they said that they were having issues with the e-gift cards. And that I will receive it in 48 hours. By that time the flight that I was wanting to book will no longer be available. I won't purchase these again.
