Legit review! I just built this gazebo with the help of a friend. Both of us have built things like this before. It took about 3 days and a total of about 15 hours. The materials are high quality for sure. once built, you will be very happy with the product. However, this project is not a beginner's build and the installation of the combining frame pieces and roof should absolutely have 3 people. The part where you screw the steel roof pieces to the wood is extremely important to get it within their half an inch specifications. If you don't, you will have to cut some of the metal roof off to make it fit. Just a heads up for you. Quality product though!

Bought to go on our pool deck. It looks great! Was a bit apprehensive with some of the reviews regarding assembly and lack of an instruction booklet. We definitely had a hard copy instruction booklet. Each box is very well packed and had an inventory sheet included. All parts are very well marked. Only issue, I strongly suggest opening each box and comparing with the inventory list as soon as possible. When all was opened and checked, we were missing 3 pieces. A very important piece—one of the four main posts. (Honestly the way those boxes were packed, I have no idea where these missing pieces would have fit. Especially with the size of a main post) I immediately called the 800 number to the manufacturing company. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. She took my info which activated the warranty, asked me to forward a copy of my receipt for proof of purchase and said it would take 3-5 days due to possibly having to cut and stain new pieces. Also instead of sending fedex ground as they usually use that it would be sent out fedex overnight. That was a Thursday and we received the missing pieces the following Wednesday. It went together great. Took it slow so can't say how long it actually took to assemble, but will agree that a couple extra set of hands are necessary when standing the ends up and especially putting the roof on. We have added a fan and are adding string lights. Need some outside furniture next. Even though we were missing pieces, still rating it a 5 for the gazebo itself and the customer service. Extremely happy with our purchase! Let the pool season begin!!

We have bought 3 of the gazebos however the size was 14x10. One was missing a couple parts but a call to customer service on a Sunday no less solved the problem. Everything was handled and had parts within 48 hours. We are waiting for our size to be back in stock. Definitely buying more and highly recommend the item.

Absolutely love this Gazebo! I've looked at this for the past few years and finally purchased it for my patio space. Every piece went together perfectly and lined up exactly as designed. No adjustments needed when following step by step instructions. Two experienced men put this together in one long day. Probably had 10 hours in it after sorting all the pieces (that is a crucial step to help in this build). I would purchase again without hesitation. Look forward to many family gatherings under this Gazebo.

Get ready to place on brackets and only 2 in box ( suppose to have 4). Have to drive 30 minutes to club and sale associate acts as tho we are lying. He commnets they dont have anymore in stock..there were 6 in stock when we purchased the day before. Get almost completed only leaving roof. The rafters are 2 inches to short!! 😡Mishap on assembly during packing from company. It now has to be taken all apart and reassembled whenever we can get correct parts!!😡 Awaiting now for company to call us back!! My advice is to check box and measure at the club before ever leaving!!

helped a buddy of mine build this over the weekend. it looks fantastic but the instructions and expectations of the build process are written by a mad man. multiple points just kinda imply that there is no ground and the tolerances are all over the place. definitely build on a level surface. place bolts really loose until you are certain nothing else attaches to it. check things are squared constantly. it suggests I think 2 people but use 4. get a right angle drill adapter lotta weird positions you have to be in for the roof.

Beautiful product at a really good price. The only real problem was putting the roof on by the directions which were to put the metal pieces on the frame and then put the whole thing on top. The contractor put the frame on and then added the individual pieces separately. It fit beautifully!

What a beautiful piece. This took my husband, son, and me about 15 hours to build. We ran into a couple spots where the pilot holes were wrong but figured out a work around no problem. The directions were easy. I highly recommend using the printed and online directions together for clarity (note online are numbered differently). We highly suggest laying out and organizing hardware bags in number order and organizing lumber by number. Do NOT take off roofing film without noting the part numbers. They go in a specific order. We didn't realize this and had to guess with our first couple. Also, two ladders and 4 sawhorses would be ideal. 3 people worked perfectly but having at least two tall, strong individuals made this totally doable.

Nice gazebo overall. Assembly was a bit difficult due to several pieces of wood being warped. This definitely made the roof being a hassle to put onto the structure. Overall it is aesthetically pleasing but be aware of the mentioned issue and difficulty.

Love it! It's beautiful! If you are handy and love a challenge of the largest Lego you'll ever complete then get the DIY save yourself some money. Warning you will need minimum 2 strong people and 1-2 back ups for the positioning of the gazebo and tightening of the bolts.
