In the Iowa state return Turbo Tax tells me how to determine if I am required to file a state return but doesn't pull the numbers together for me which would have saved me much time and aggravation. I would like to see what is fixed when Turbo Tax releases an update.

Generally okay, but when trying to pay for MA state e-file, TurboTax asked to save my return and locked up and completely crashed my windows machine, and I have high-end recent model. Also, when TurboTax asked for my credit card info I couldn't even scrolled down in the pull-down box to enter my expiration month. The box wouldn't go any further than month 8. I thing TurboxTax should stop being so sloppy. Every year something like this happens. Taxes and payments shouldn't be a sloppy business. You're scaring me Intuit.

It took me over an hour to figure out how to sign in. Had to close my browser several times to get to where I needed to be. The constant pop-ups and questions are very annoying. I will be switching to another program next year. Turbo Tax has turned into a scam for $$$.

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe edition for many years. There is still an outstanding problem when you install the software on an external drive as I do every year to keep my tax information separate. I alter the installation path name and install successfully. The import function then finds my info from last year's return and works great. When I go to save my new return thought the path hasn't changed to this year's installation loction on the drive. I always find out when I'm ready to file. Unacceptable by now!

Once again, after 22 years of using only TURBOTAX. DELUXE, this software took me easily through the whole process. Even though I had inadvertently deleted the ".tax" version of my last year's final file, excellent customer support guidance got this year's TURBOTAX DELUXE software sufficiently synced up to meet all info demands that are available online, correctly, without any extraordinary help from me.

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. This year I had a problem with the desktop TurboTax after a state return download which was not performing correctly. Subsequent to the state download I was not able load the Turbo Tax return at all. After many attempts to uninstall and reinstThanksalling the program without any success the help assistant sent me a link to TT community and i found the responses to similar situations with the correction I needed to make, which was to repair the Microsoft Visual C++ program. Once completed I was able to open TT and when I went to reinstall the state return program I saw that it had a repair patch on the program. Thankfully my return was still intact and I quickly filed my return. Thanks TurboTax!!!!

Having used TT for decades now, it did not fail to make tax filing easy yet agian this year. However, the only negative is that I had to spend a great deal of time updating my computer with Window 11 because TurboTax 2025 will not function on Windows 10 PC.

I entered in all the information and E-filed my taxes. It was first accepted by the IRS then later Rejected. It turned out that the TurboTax program was not accurate. They gave me a message to resubmit my taxes after 5 more days while they fixed their problem. Then my refund was adjusted down without any way to inquire why. No easy way to figure out why my tax refund went down.

The Mac version seems very buggy. It would not initially load past return and froze, forcing me to re-enter information. The second time around it did finally pull in my old return. I was initially prompted to use Online Version instead of the Desktop, but it failed to inform me that unlike the Desktop, the online version ONLY ALLOWS 1 FEDERAL RETURN. I do taxes for myself and do them for my Daughter. Therefore, after mostly comlpeting the online version I had to start over with the Desktop version so I can complete both mine and my daughter's return. When I tried to call support it was almost impossible to get to speak to a person, I gave up.

We used the desktop version this year and it behaved very differently to the web or app versions. Particularly when trying to import documents. I even worked through both versions and got different numbers. I already hated intuit for the corrosive effect they as a corporation has had on our country, adding user difficulty and unreliable results frosts the poo pancake.
