There were pages that would not load. I finally got Google to help me solve what to do to get around the problem. Then, when I went to pay, my credit card expiration date was month 11. You could not scroll past 08. And the final kicker was there was a problem filing. Come back later and retry. It had assured me all was well with my return. I have probably taken 1/3 more time to file than it should have.

The download went fine, but when it was time to add last years(2025) return, the product wouldn't add either the regular file or the pdf I had saved on my hard drive. In fact the product locked up. That was very irritating and concerning. Eventually, I did a forced close and upon reopening, it allowed the upload of last years return. Taxes are stressful enough and I have all my necessary forms etc ready to go so it should have been straight forward. After all I was just adding data when it locked up.

I have used Turbotax for almost a decade, maybe longer. It's pretty easy and user friendly, however, I rated it a 3 because the print is so SMALL, hard to read and unchangeable. I also know, it IS something that can be updated so that each user can adjust the font size to what is comfortable for them. PLEASE, add this ability to adjust the font size to Turbotax for our 2026 tax return time and you'll probably get a lot more 5 stars!

I want my ohio state refund direct deposited, but I can not locate this option. I don't see any space on the form to enter my checking account # and routing #. The program help talks in circles and the directions tell me to use options not available.

I spent a lot of time with your experts on several occasions as my computer was put in a safe mode and could only be recovered by reinstalling windows. I needed help in getting Turbotax downloaded since I had already downloaded it last Nov. I ran into several problems and they were very helpful in walking me through fixes.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR 15 YEARS PROBABLY. THIS IS THE S E I HAV HAD SUCH A PROBLEM WITH A 1095 ERROR AND IRS WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY RETURN BECAUSE OF SOME BOX NOT BEING CHECKED THAT SAYS I DIDNT PURCHASE ANY HEALTH INSURANCE MARKET PLACE COVERAGE IN 2025. I HOPE THIS LATEST TRANSMITTAL GOES THROUG. I HAVE WORKED ON THIS ALL DAY TODAY. THAT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN.

I like having the program downloaded to my own system vs online. Please keep that option available. Intuit needs to bring back "ItsDeductible". Major mistake to discontinue that option as it will now have me actively looking for other tax filing services and options for tax year 2026.

tax prep was smooth and easy but got into an endless loop when trying to e-file the CA state. it indicated my $25 payment did not go through. It thought it needed to download the state taxes again but it already had. Only solution I could find in the help was to go through a long process of completely removing Turbotax as administrator and re-installing. Such a huge disappointment! Very worried that next return I do will run into same problem.

The online help is useless. I needed to make corrections to the Missouri return in regard to Turbo Tax incorrectly transferring data from my federal return. I could not do that. I deleted MO tax return date, but as soon as I started a new return as suggested by your AI, the old date was filled in again and I was blocked from entering the corrected data.

Very disappointed in the $40 Refund Processing Fee that is dropped on the tax payer in the final steps- dishonest, unethical and other unpleasant terms. You won't print this and don't care; it's all about ,money. Turbo tax is becoming as expensive as private tax preparer; watch out you may lose customers.
