Maxim review: I have always resisted the idea of robot cleaning units because my home is large and some of the thresholds are substantial height. I must say I am pleased with the Maxim. Maxim's ability to climb over the thresholds and properly clean the large format tile impressive. I have always viewed cleaning robots as a bit gimmicky and finicky. This unit really does thoroughly clean all areas it can fit in to. It maneuvers around chair legs so that all the leg footprint is cleaned. Totally amazing unit!

Owned for 2 weeks: so far this has been great at helping us keep up on the floor cleanliness. Easy to use App, self mapping, easy set up. Like all robotic floor cleaners, they're great at helping, but they're not a replacement. It does a great overall job but of course it's not perfect. You can set no vacuum zones, no mop zones and change the way it goes to clean all in the app. I have all available options toggled on and max suction power, max heavy traffic refreshing (every 15 mins) to prevent clogs since we have long haired German Shepards. Now we finally do one deep cleaning day a week and let Maxim handle the rest!

Excellent product! Easy to use and does a great job on my floors. The thing that stood out the most was their customer service. The contact I had with them was professional, and they went out of their way to take care of my issue. I highly recommend you by this product!

BObsweep Maxim is our first robot that maps and also mops. It has been great! The edge sweep and edge mop features do a nice job getting everything clean. Clearance is good and it does not get stuck on our thick living room rug like our last robot vac. I also like that it can refresh itself when needed and then resume the job and can save multiple maps for different floors of our house.

I am a first time owner of a robot vacuum for my home, although I have experience using one in an office setting. After a lot of research, the bObsweep Maxim Combo has completely exceeded expectations. This machine is extremely powerful. The suction is genuinely impressive and actually pulls dirt and debris out of rugs instead of just gliding over them. Hard floors look noticeably cleaner and the dual scrub mopping does more than just wipe. It actually cleans. The all in one dock is where this really stands out. Auto empty, auto wash, and odor filtering mean I barely have to touch the unit. I can run a full vacuum and mop cycle and walk away while it handles everything on its own. This is a huge benefit if you are busy or simply do not want another chore to manage. The mop correctly avoids carpets so there are no wet rug issues and the navigation and mapping have been accurate and efficient. Beyond performance, the design is very elegant. Both the robot and the dock look premium and modern and blend well into the home instead of looking like a bulky appliance. Pros Extremely strong suction Real scrubbing mop, not just a damp pad Auto wash and auto empty dock keeps maintenance minimal Odor filtering actually works Excellent for mixed flooring including tile, rugs, and low pile carpet Very elegant design that looks clean and modern Cons The dock is large, but that is expected for everything it does More than needed if you only want very light cleaning Final thoughts If you want a robot that truly cleans instead of just maintaining floors, this is it. At the price Sam's Club offers, it easily competes with or outperforms more expensive brands. I would absolutely purchase it again and highly recommend it.

We love love love our BOB!! It was a piece of cake to set out up. It's very easy to use and does a great job cleaning. When Robovacs first came out we had one but haven't had one since. We are so glad we got this one and wished we gotten it sooner. Love the ease of the vac and mop option. It's almost a game now of…. Where's BOB now! I love that I can see if he's stuck and needs help right in my phone too. If he gets stuck it's easy to just pick him up and readjust and power him to go on. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all with this purchase. We recommend it to everyone.

I can't say enough about bObsweep it is an exceptional new product who has all the other brands beat hands down. I have bought every robot on the market and nothing compares. I've also gotten rid of them too!! I use my bObsweeps everyday. Yes, I bought 2 because of the expertise of build, the quality of which it cleans and also how it sweeps and picks up cat hair. The mopping is very unique as it moves around objects but is able to get under my cabinets with its mop arm. It also doesn't splash any solution on my stainless steel appliances when it mops like a traditional mop does. I'm able to use the remote settings anywhere to turn the machines on when I wish. The mapping is a great help. It allows you to control the space while choosing sweep or mop only. The customer service is exceptional as well. I am thankful for the engineering efforts of those who gave us this wonderful tool! Thank you all so much for making my daily life easier.

This is our first robot vacuum that mops. This is the main reason we purchased it. Got it on sale during the holidays. Instructions are very clear which makes set up easy. The app is pretty straight forward. The mapping function is great. Mopping seems to work great too. It has different settings for how much water it uses. Cleans our floors well. I can't speak to long term durability as we have only had it for a month. Four cleanings in and we are very satisfied. Seems well built.

Great Vac! I am so glad that I saw this online. Excellent dirt pickup, very quiet and an extremely long battery!

Unbelievable for the price I run it everyday and my floors haven't been cleaner! Thanks to Bobsweep
