Our family owns a number of ePro vacuum cleaners (all purchased through Sam's Club). We have been very pleased with the product and use them almost every day picking up after our dog and kids.

It won't stand alone. If you lean it against something for a moment, it will slide down in the floor. No adjustment going from carpet to hard floor. No cord storage wrap.

The vacuum cleaner is lightweight, easy to use on wood floors. Good vacuum the only problem I have is there's no place to wind up the cord.

I wanted to like it. Worked good used it only twice and then wouldn't turn on.
