I really love this vacuum cleaner I like how the detachable part I was able to vacuum vacuum out my car with it plus get the cobwebs off my ceiling it had great suction it was overall a wonderful vacuum cleaner I highly recommend it

This is my new go to for vacuum cleaning! I love the versatility of this product. I used it for hard floors, cars, and upholstery. The HEPa filter improved air quality as I have pets at home. Definitely would recommend it!

This stick vacuum is just ok. The suction is fine and has a long cord, but it's not going to be beneficial if you have carpets. The bristles are all very very soft and there is no ability to break suction- I have a medium-pile entry rug and the suction is too much for it. You can't push it, it gets sucked in, and the rollers stop till you shut it off. Luckily I bought it for an RV so there isn't much carpet and it's use will be minimal. Hopefully it works on the small, low-pile area rugs. For the price, it'll work fine in my RV. If this was for my apartment with pets, it would need to be returned.

I like the vacuum. Customer service has been dismissing me for almost 5 months claiming the factory is on strike instead of simply sending out a new dust bin. First it was being vetted for warranty. Then 3 months of just simple 'let's wait her out on this' tactics. So the money I saved up front vs purchasing a Dyson, which customer service is unmatched, was a waste. I returned this item and purchased Dyson V15 Detect Complete Cordless Vacuum with Floor Dok. OMG!!! Don't make the mistake I did and purchase a few 'inexpensive' stick vacs! Truly not worth it, especially EPro products.

Okay honest review. I think this vacuum is ideal for a bedroom, for simple clean ups for like dust, accidental spills from chips or getting crumbs out of bed etc besides that the suction isn’t really the best. I used it in the hand held style and the battery kinda gets warm from use very quickly. So I would give this a 3 star but it does pick up small spills so I think it’s a good bedroom vacuum but not for a good deep clean for the house

I am a senior with severe arthritis in my hands. I wanted to like this vacuum,but, it is too top heavy for my hands.returning

Don’t buy this, no replacement parts available. Motorized brush wheels break loose easily

The epro cordless vaccuum is easy to use and store. I love the cordless feature because I can take it all over my house easily
