We have only used the machine one time and are unhappy with the results. We did a slushy and it was not getting very thick even after waiting and adjusting the thickness. Hoping to return the machine, it was a gift and we don’t have the original receipt.

Its perfect. Easy to clean, simple to use. After trying different methods, so far the most flavorful way to make a shushy is to use kool-aid. Make kool-aid how you normally would and simply add it to the slushy machine. If you have kids, make sure you get to it before they do. It'll be gone QUICKLY. Kool-aid slushies are amazingly good!

I don’t usually write reviews but this item I had too, I was quite happy buying this item because I thought this would be similar to the Ninja Slushi just a cheaper well known brand but I was wrong. I followed the instructions and turned the machine on once the liquid and all it would spin but once it started getting chunky it would get stuck the thing in the middle that spins to mix. It would ruin everything, I would have to click on and off multiple times till it finally got through the thickness to spin , now I get it yes if it’s thick it’ll get stuck but it wasn’t even fully formed. And then there would be other times it would just start beeping with an “ ! “ every 5 mins telling me it got stuck, like there wasn’t even that much liquid, about half way to the max line, so it should’ve been no problem but it was, there’s a handful of paid reviews in here but hopefully your machine won’t do the same that mine did

so glad i purchased this. no ice!!! just liquids! used it once so far and made a went frosty. i was thinking cleaning it would be a challenge but the self clean helps so much. and there is only like 5 big parts that you take off to clean. i’m very happy with this purchase. i got the the big one in case people come over.

I bought it for our 4th of July pool party/birthday party for my grandkids. The adults loved the slushies just as much. We went through 3 batches with no problem with our crowd. I did experiment with the machine before the party just to make sure I understand how to pick the settings. Start with a warmer settings first, then gradually go colder. If you don't, then you will have to run a defrost cycle or use a soft straw to clear the dispenser if it becomes clogged.
