I am having trouble getting the slushy to come out when I lower the handle. It seems that it freezes where the slushy is supposed to come out.

It is so easy to use ! Love the push button options. The grandkids love watching their slushies make .

Very fast and holds a lot of liquid. Slushie is very slushie with several different thickness or consistency.

Having fun with this, just takes some experimenting with it and knowing when to add sugar/water at certain times.

Was so simple to use I didn’t even have to look at the directions. Love that it came completely assembled. Easy to take apart for cleaning.

I haven’t used it yet, but I have looked in the manual and at the display screen, looks super user friendly and can’t wait to use!

So far it has been very easy to clean and assemble. I just put my first drink in it. So I guess I'll see how it works.

So far so good. Made a frappe this morning. Started before my shower it was ready when I was done getting ready for work.

I enjoy the ease of making slushies/frappies. this machine has saved me money from purchasing frappe every other day.
