We just received it as a christmas gift and haven't used it yet but as soon as we do we'll let you know.

Very easy to take apart and use! You can even put the parts on the top rack of your dishwasher but no heat cycle

I have the pink slush machine and that wasn't a listed option on the warranty so I had to pick the closest option

Had this for about 2 months, no more than 1 or 2 days go by before we are back at it making a new drink! Worth every penny!
