I wouldn’t use this as my main vacuum but works great for the in between deep cleans. I love it, the light on the vacuum is amazing and lights up every crumb, dog hair and anything else that may have been thrown on the floor. I have a 3yr old , a newborn and a husky so I am using this thing day and night. The vacuum does a great job on hard wood floors, and still manages to do fine on carpets. But the suction on hard woods is impressive! I am extremely pleased with this vacuum and would repurchase it if it died on me tomorrow.

As someone who shares a house with two very fluffy dogs and a cat, pet hair has always been a constant battle. I've tried a few other vacuums before, but the FurFinder stands out for a few reasons. First off, the suction power is impressive. It pulls up pet hair not just from hard floors but deep out of carpet fibers too. I noticed a huge difference after the first use—areas that always felt a little "furry" now actually feel clean underfoot. The specialized pet hair attachment works wonders on furniture and my car seats, which were basically coated before this. Another thing I appreciate is how lightweight and easy to maneuver it is. I don't feel like I'm dragging around a clunky machine. It swivels smoothly around corners and under furniture, which makes cleaning less of a chore. The dustbin is also super easy to empty, and I like that I don't have to touch the mess. Noise-wise, it's quieter than I expected, considering how powerful it is. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first two places I wanted to try this vacuum out was in my bedroom and the couches. We have 4 pets and are always vacuuming so I knew this was going to be my test. We had just vacuumed the bedroom like 2 days before and I took it in there first. I had to empty the canister out like 3 times to get up all the hair so I knew it was getting up stuff that my old vacuum wasn’t (pic included). The fur finder on the couch not only got up hair but a lot of the little fuzzies on the couch making the cushion look even nicer. On the hardwood, having the headlights really let you see all the dust and dirt on the floor and you know you’re not missing any spots. It’s definitely satisfying to see it nice and clean in the headlights after. The tangle free brush roll is also truly that. My hair sheds all the time and our one dog has a longer coat, I haven’t had to cut any hair off the brush roll after the multiple vacuums I’ve done all over the house. My husband used it and his only complaint was that he wished it had a tad bit more power. Otherwise it was simple to use and switch to the different pieces with one click. Easy enough that my 5 year old was using it on his own to vacuum his bedroom. I’d definitely recommend this vacuum for pet owners.

My favorite features would definitely be the way it stands upright on its own, whereas other stick type vacuums I’ve used do not have this capability. The other feature I love is the FurFinder light. It is AMAZING. It really shows pet fur and crumbs that I wouldn’t have seen with regular daylight alone. My dog sheds a lot and this vacuum had enough suction to make my floors and rugs feel very clean after a good vacuum. The filter is also very easy to clean out and doesn’t seem to have that horrible smell many vacuum filters get after multiple uses. My only complaint is that it’s a little on the heavier side so my arms do get a little bit of a workout if I’m doing a vacuum of the whole house. That is really my only (slight) issue but overall, it’s a great vacuum and I would absolutely recommend it.

While we love everything about them, the amount of shedding in our house can be a lot! The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is an amazing stick vacuum that worked wonders on cleaning dog fur from the surfaces that other vacuums have struggled with! We have a mixture of hardwood and carpet, and it was able to remove hair easily from both, as well as from the couches in our living room, our pup's favorite spot. It was extremely easy to set up and use, and the amount of hair that was removed was both impressive (and kind of gross!). The self-stand makes it easy to store away in the closet without having to worry about it being in the way. The FurFinder Headlights are a great added bonus, making it easy to spot hair and focus on those areas. Overall, we loved the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder! I can't wait to see how it holds up over time, but it has been a great cleaning tool so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small dogs that shed like crazy and a baby who’s just learning to crawl—so you can imagine how stressed I’ve been about all the pet hair! I decided to try the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, and I was honestly impressed. I wanted something lightweight and easy to use daily—something I could handle one-handed while holding my baby in the other arm. This vacuum delivered. Although it’s taller than vacuums I’ve used before, it’s surprisingly light and super easy to carry around thanks to its cordless design. One of my favorite features is the headlights—they make it so much easier to spot every last dog hair, especially in corners and under furniture. It has three suction levels, which is great for switching between hard floors and tougher surfaces like rugs. I was honestly skeptical that a cordless vacuum could actually pick up pet hair from rugs and carpets—but it did! I was shocked (in the best way) and so relieved knowing my baby will have a clean space to explore. The tangle-free brush roll is another thoughtful touch, though it can be a little too sensitive. If you’re vacuuming a lightweight rug, it might get sucked up and trigger the rollers to stop. There’s no quick-release button either, so you have to power off and restart. The trick is to use the lowest suction setting on those types of rugs. Even so, I love that nothing gets tangled in the bristles—they stay clean and effective for pet hair pickup. The FurFinder tool is great too—and it has its own headlights, which is a very cool and useful feature I hadn’t seen before in an attachment. It made me realize just how much dog hair was hiding on my couch! The one thing I would change on this vacuum is the size of the canister. It’s definitely too small! When I say my dogs shed, I mean it! So a bigger canister would be helpful.

I have owned several stick vacuums from popular brands and this vacuum came at the perfect time when my previous one had broken. The self standing design is a game changer, I felt like other vacuums easily fall over and I haven’t had a problem with this one! This vacuum is incredibly easy to use and maneuver- I was shocked at how well the light shows where all the hidden dirt and hair are. With a busy farm and kids running around, I feel like my floors are always dirty and this tool helped me finally feel like I could get it under control. Emptying the tank is so easy and I felt like I could vacuum my entire house without making a dent in the battery life. The 3 suction levels are helpful to use on different surfaces- from rugs, to carpet, and hard floors. I am so happy that I found the perfect vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a golden retriever and two young kids, and I have to say this upright stick vacuum has been a game changer for us! We’ve used other stick vacuums before, but we didn’t like how they couldn’t go from hardwood to rugs very easily without changing the roller out. They also weren’t nearly as powerful, and couldn’t stand upright on their own. We love the headlights on the FurFinder as it really highlights hidden dog hair on our dark hardwood, the mode button allows for turbo mode which allowed the vacuum to pick up crumbs in a long shag fiber area rug, and the FurFinder and other detail tools that helped remove most of the embedded dog hair from our car upholstery. Other fantastic features are how it can stand on its own and doesn’t need to be docked to store (although it can for charging and storage), that the battery can easily be removed to charge on its own, the easy removal and emptying of the canister, and how maneuverable it is around and under furniture. The battery charge lasts through vacuuming our entire downstairs (hardwood, 2 short pile rugs, and one shag rug) before needing a recharge. Because it’s so good at picking up hair and debris, the canister probably needs to be emptied at least 1-2x during that full job. Ultimately, this vacuum has made cleaning up kid mess and dog hair several times a week super convenient, effective, and fast! Effectively this has replaced two other in-house vacuums and a garage vacuum we use to clean out our cars!

Love my new Powerclean Furguard vacuum cleaner! The lights are amazing and really showed all the fur my French Bulldogs are leaving on my hardwood floors. A single charge on economy speed cleaned approx 1400 sq ft of hardwood and tile floors. Will be recommending to my friends with pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With three cats in a small house things can get pretty furry, especially since many of my friends also bring their dogs over when they visit. This vacuum has a lot of pros and very few cons. I’ve always belonged to a household that has one of those high end and very expensive name brand stick vacuums and honestly this Bissel FurFinder out preformed it on hardwood. It picked up fur and debris (including cat litter) with ease! While the suction isn’t as powerful as my original vacuum making deep cleans of high pile carpet unlikely, it is still great for area rugs and really does remove shed fur. The attachments were also fantastic for removing fur from my couch and carpeted steps. The headlights were very useful on hardwood for finding debris but less useful on carpet. I really liked the self standing design and love how easy it is to empty the waste canister! Overall this is a great product that I am so happy to have added to my household!
