Kept up with 4 dogs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the PowerClean FurFinder vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. I was really impressed by this vacuum compared to our current vacuum. I felt the suction was consistent and the battery life was decent for a stick vacuum. Two of my favorite features were the self standing design and the angled tool built right into the vacuum! I loved not having to connect the attachments when I was quickly cleaning out drawers and cabinets. I used the furfinder tool on my couch and it was able to pick up so much dog hair (and I have 3 long hair dogs)! Lights are always good thing to have on a vacuum so I appreciated how bright these ones were. I feel like my household is hard on vacuums so I am interested on how this vacuum stands up to the test of time. Overall I have been grabbing this vacuum over my current one every time and I am happy with how it has performed in my household with vinyl flooring and upholstered furniture.
Heavy but Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stick vac packs some serious power! Overall it’s my favorite cordless vac I’ve ever had. The FurFinder tool has been a life saver for removing embedded pet hair from my furniture, pet beds, and floors. We have a black long haired cat and a yellow lab. We have A LOT of hair! Switching to this vac has for sure made a noticeable difference in my cleaning routine. We need to vacuum twice a day with our lab and cat. One of the biggest perks is the light which really helps to illuminate hidden hair & crumbs. In addition to the pets we also have a preschooler so we also tackle a lot of crumbs. The headlights help us get all the hair and dirt during our daily vacs. The fact that it also stands up straight on its own is a huge selling feature. My other stick vacs never stood up on their own so this one is a huge upgrade. The only feature I would change is the battery life. With our pet hair needs I need to vac on the highest suction power which means we can’t quite get through the whole house on one charge. For reference we have a single story 1,800 sq ft. We can get all but the master bedroom. You can purchase a second battery which would be necessary if you have a larger home and like to use the highest suction power like we do. Overall just a fantastic vac.
Simply amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell fur finder stick vacuum is my new obsession. As a mom of three young kiddos I'm frequently cleaning up messes throughout my home. With its light weight design, the Bissell fur finder is my go to tool to clean up in a hurry. The illuminated base literally lights up every single crumb and hair on my floors. It works great on hardwood, ceramic tiles, and low pile carpet. The wall mount and accessory holder makes storage super convenient. I really like how easy the vacuum is to use, my 7 year old finds it fun too. The best part about the vacuum is the illuminated heads. Every vacuum should adopt this feature. The Bissell fur finder is an amazing addition to my cleaning tools.
A Stick Vacuum That Checks All The Boxes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As two working parents with a messy toddler and a Great Pyrenees mix pup, our household relies on having a high-powdered and efficient vacuum. This vacuum checks all of those boxes! Pros: -it's super lightweight and easy to transport between floors of our home -the headlight makes it easy to spot mud, dust, and fur on our hardwood floors -emptying the canister is a BREEZE -the ability to remove the battery from the vacuum for charging is a game changer and allows for us to store the vacuum in the closet (away from tiny hands) while the battery charges on the kitchen counter -it transitions well between hardwood and carpet floors Cons: -the battery doesn't last as long as some of our previous vacuums -while emptying the canister is super easy, putting the canister back into the vacuum takes a little finesse and can be frustrating Overall, this is the little vacuum that could! It's super easy to use and is a powerhouse on the highest suction level. It can easily compete with the vacuums in a higher price bracket. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stick vacuum!
Bissell vacuum review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder. I will never go back to a vacuum without a light. It is essential for households with crumbs, toddlers and pets. It highlights everything. Another pro to this vacuum is that it sits upright when not in use. It will stand on its on which is nice. I love that it is cordless which makes it easy to clean all over the house, the stairs, the couch, and my car. I have rugs, hardwood and laminate and it worked on all surfaces. The 4 star rating is mainly because it doesn't quite have the suction power of my other stick vacuum. It's still an amazing vacuum for the price point and I recommend.
Great cordless vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first cordless vacuum and I am impressed. It works great on both carpet and hardwood. I really like the headlights, especially for hardwood, to better see what needed cleaning. The FurFinder tool is a nice addition though not something I need to use on an everyday basis. It did pull up more hair and dirt than a normal setting. Overall this vacuum is really easy to use and effective. I like how it is lightweight and comes with a wall hanging option. We have started vacuuming more because it is so easy to pull this vac out for a quick sweep. My only complaint is the battery life but since I've never used a cordless vac before, this might be the norm.
Best feature is the light
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with we have a ridiculously fluffy Persian / Himalayan long-haired cat that sheds the equivalent to 5 cats. Now that the weather is getting warmer, it is officially shedding season and the Bissell Powerclean FurFinder vacuum arrived at the perfect time. After using the stick vacuum for a few weeks, I’ve been consistently pleased with its ability to capture the “tumbleweeds” of fur that collect and pick up the litter across our wood floors and tile. I liked that it doesn’t blow things around as much as other vacuums and holds a decent amount of dust, dirt, and hair in the tank. The best feature is hands down the bright headlight, but the lightweight size, HEPA filter, and ability to easily clean the dirt tank are a nice bonus. The run time depends on which battery power level you select out of the 3 options ranging from low / medium / high, but I have been able to get most of my house (~3,000 square feet) swept on one charge on the lowest setting once or twice. It would be a perfect vacuum for a smaller home, but it’s nice for quick cleans in a larger home as well. There is less hair wrap in the brush roll, and the accessories store nicely in the wall mount. It does not do well picking up debris when pulling the vacuum toward you instead of pushing it away, but that’s typical for most vacuums. I tried using the crevice tool and brush on my car upholstery and gave up almost immediately because it was bulky and hardly picked up the mess. Another drawback is that the vacuum sound / noise is loud enough that it really frightens the cat anytime I use it - he was fine with our previous vacuum. One improvement I would strongly recommend is the ability to turn the brush head off so I can vacuum my textured rugs without damaging them. Overall, it’s a decent stick vacuum with good suction and tools on floors – the light is a game changer for illuminating hidden hair and dirt to battle the endless amount of debris that accumulates every couple days.
Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review! We’re so glad the PowerClean® FurFinder™ has been a helpful tool during peak shedding season — and that features like the headlight, HEPA filter, and lightweight design are making a difference in your home. We appreciate your feedback on the upholstery tools and brush head functionality. Your suggestions are incredibly valuable as we continue to refine our products to meet real-life needs — especially in pet-loving households like yours. Amazing stick vacuum for pet homes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many positives with this stick vacuum. Cleaning is easier to keep up on when you have tools that are designed thoughtfully and this is one of them. Some of my favorite aspects with this vacuum are that it is cordless, able to stand on its own without a stand, lighted to illuminate hair, has a built in crevice device, has a step lever to remove the extension from the vacuum roll, and the vacuum roll that does not get tangled with hair. I have two hairy sheddy dogs that to have a clean home I really need to vacuum daily. This does come with a nice wall mounted stand, but I just keep it in a nook in my hallway for easy daily access since it stands up on its own. I can just grab it and go! I have laminate, vinyl, and carpet in my home and this vacuum easily transitions to each flooring and gets the hair up on all of them. The headlights help more on the hard floors and make this vacuum distinctive. I had no idea how much hair there really was until it was illuminated with the FurFinder headlights and it I was able to clean much better since I could also tell from the headlights when I had vacuumed up all the hair. The FurFinder is lightweight and easy for me to maneuver one handed. There is a built in crevice device on the handheld and on the extension. Love this since I don't have to exchange an attachment constantly to get my baseboards done or get into seats. The hand controls are easy to access and intuitive. Another favorite is that I do not have to hold a button constantly. It's just a one press and it is on. It has good battery life and recharges fast too. I've had no issue getting my daily cleaning done for a few days before needing to charge. The attachments are easy to change to and work well for keeping my furniture clean. The brush roll is amazing at not twirling hair around itself and what little there was I was able to remove with my hands rather than resorting to scissors when I cleaned it out. The dust chamber is on the smaller end but is one of the easiest and less messy ones to empty I have had in a stick vacuum. This vacuum with its thoughtful design and ease of use has enabled me to keep up with daily cleaning stress free and walk around barefoot in my home again.
A MUST Have for Pet Owners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pet owner, finding a vacuum that can truly handle the constant battle with pet hair has always been a challenge. After trying several models, I finally found one that delivers — this stick vacuum designed specifically for pet hair has exceeded my expectations. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, it’s perfect for quick clean-ups or deep cleaning sessions. The cordless design gives me the freedom to move from room to room without being tethered to an outlet. I also appreciate the swivel head, which makes getting around furniture a breeze. It truly is a game-changer for homes with pets. It’s powerful, user-friendly, and specifically engineered to tackle the mess pets leave behind. Highly recommended for pet parents who want a cleaner home without the stress!
Didnt know what I was missing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had stick vacuums in the past, but always got frustrated with the debris left behind. I like to walk around my hard floors barefoot and can’t stand the feeling of dirt sticking to my feet. The PowerClean FurFinder is a game changer. The powerful headlight illuminates every speck of dust on the floor and helps me thoroughly clean. I was actually embarrassed to finally see just how dirty my floors were in between cleanings. The vacuum starts to pull pet hair and dust towards itself before you even run it over, which is super efficient. The FurFinder attachment was great for my couches and especially helpful for my stairs where my long-haired cat likes to hang out. I have never had a vacuum that was small enough and powerful enough for the plush carpet and narrow area. The vacuum is easy and fun to use, it maneuvers well and is easy to empty. The self standing design is convenient, especially if you don’t plan to mount it for charging. The only cons are that I have to switch hands a couple times while vacuuming large areas as it is a bit heavy. It also stalled on my thin area rug unless I was careful to keep the rug flat and prevent wrinkles from getting sucked into the vacuum. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets, kids, both or neither!
