It did well on carpets, wooden floors, and upholstery. The vacuum picked up pet hair from surfaces well. It made a noticeable difference to my cleaning routine, particularly given its portability. I have not found the headlights to be particularly helpful. I think if I cannot see pet hair myself, then it's likely too small /insignificant to worry about but I have 2 low shedding white shih tzus so this might be a more helpful feature on dogs with darker hair who shed more. The vacuum is very easy to use. I like the option of removing and charging the battery without having to mount it. I have it in a room with slanted ceilings, so mounting it is not really an option, which makes the self-standing design very useful!

Love my new Powerclean Furguard vacuum cleaner! The lights are amazing and really showed all the fur my French Bulldogs are leaving on my hardwood floors. A single charge on economy speed cleaned approx 1400 sq ft of hardwood and tile floors. Will be recommending to my friends with pets!

It felt sturdy, but a bit too heavy as the battery and the canister is located at the top. The vacuum head is a little small and shirt making this feel a little less balanced. Performance-wise, it did amazing. It exceeded my expectations. It was able to get to tight corners that even my higher branded stick vac has a hard time getting to. And because it is smaller, I do find myself using it more for quicker kitchen jobs on a daily base. This vac has now replaced my well known and loved expensive stick vac for smaller everyday tasks. With a toddler and a lil fur baby, this lil power machine gets the job done and done efficiently! I don't have to go over the area multiple times to achieve my goal with is great! The headlights are a blessing and a curse! Hahah it makes me obsessed with getting every bit of dirt on my hardwood floors! The self standing design is a game changer. I no longer have to look for a corner to place my vac against mid cleaning to pick up big items along the way. Love this!! Added accessories are a plus for my couch and getting into the crevices of the couch! Cons: small dirt canister, having a toddler and fur baby equals lots of mess, so lots of stopping and emptying! And the battery life is not the best so it's good for quicker jobs and not for full on deep cleaning! But love this addition to my house and has made cleaning more enjoyable! I have a mixed surface home with some hardwood floors and different types of carpet and child play mats. I was able to use it on all these surfaces and it really did a good job on all of them. The thicker carpeted mats gave it some struggle but then I'm able to boost the power to the 3rd level and I don't have trouble with it. I'm tired of sweeping my dogs hair all over the house and this is able to pick it up easy. This is a must have product for pet owners! One aspect are the headlights which I never thought I'd really appreciate until I vacuumed a dark room before I could turn on the lights or under the sofa to get an idea of what areas are clean or not. It also highlighted to mean all the fur and debris I've missed in the past with certain areas such as under exercise machines that normal room lights don't shine on. It couldn't have been easier or simpler to set, store, and start using. Amazing value for this combination of features and sophisticated simplicity.

The built-in light is bright and really illuminates the smallest bits of dirt or pet hair. Setup was a breeze—it was ready to use in just a few minutes, which I really appreciated. The lightweight design also made it super convenient for cleaning furniture, especially where the most cat hair collects. The tangle-free brush is a huge plus, especially with my long hair and all the pet hair in the house. The ONLY reason Im docking a star is because the battery life is LOW. As in I better be done in 15 minutes because it wont last much linger than that. Overall, it is a great addition into my cleaning routine for quick touch-ups and targeted cleaning but not for a full house deep clean.

I had been in the market for a stick vacuum for quick, yet thorough clean up and the FurFinder came to me at the perfect time. A little info about me: Mostly SAHM of toddler, dog with fuzzy/clingy hair, and both carpet and hard flooring in home. Putting together the vacuum was easy as 3 “clicks”- truly that’s all that was needed to assemble. Oh my goodness- the FurFinder LED lights. These bright lights illuminated everything that our other methods had been missing. Crumbs and dog hair dust bunnies were easily vacuumed up with one pass on both hard wood flooring and carpet. I am amazed by how quiet the vacuum is and the power. There are 3 power settings, I usually just use the highest setting. The FurFinder attachment made our dog’s sticky hair easy to clean up. Removing the main head of the vacuum to change it into a handheld unit for tight areas can be done with one hand. Unfortunately, I did not install the wall mount charger as we are moving soon, but removing the battery and charging without it was super simple. Hands down, I would purchase this vacuum again and again! I never thought vacuuming could be fun!

For some background I have 2 shedding dogs, 2 young kids, ceramic tile, LVP, low-pile area rugs, and med/high-pile stairs and landing. I run the vacuum in living spaces daily. Pros: I LOVE the self-standing feature. I can’t say how many times I have to stop and move something out of the way. I have actually broken a vacuum in the past trying to prop it up on furniture only to have it slide down and smack on the ground. I also really like having a button that turns it off and on instead of a switch I have to hold. I really love the headlights on both the main vacuum head and the fur finder. This tool worked fantastically on my carpeted stairs and the light was a real game changer in helping me to see the areas that still had hair. The vacuum is extremely easy to switch out heads and overall easy to use. This is in contrast to others I have used that can sometimes jam when trying to switch out heads. Cons: The only thing I have noticed that isn’t the best is the vacuum’s ability to clean fine dust. When the kids have tracked in pollen I have struggled to get the vacuum to clean it all up. I’m not sure if it is an issue of needing a different head or more suction. Summary: This is a really fantastic vacuum, especially for the price range. I love the features of self standing, headlights on the main head AND the fur finder attachment. It vacuumed my stairs extremely well, getting up all the pet fur. The vacuum is very easy to use. There is slightly more to be desired in its ability to suck up finer particles. However, with daily use I haven’t noticed any particular build up of dust in the house. I like this vacuum enough that I am deliberately choosing this one everyday versus the more expensive vacuum I own. I would say this is a really great value for the price and I highly recommend the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love so much about this vacuum: 1) It works great and the dust and dirt gets sucked up quickly and clearly 2) The light helps you see exactly what you've gotten when under furniture or just in low lighting 3) The light is a big draw for kids so my girls will vacuum with this one, and actually vacuum decently well 4) Using the vacuum is intuitive, I needed the manual a minimal amount for set up or changing out attachments. Buttons seem clear 5) Emplying the dirt bin is also intuitive and easy so you are ready to vacuum again. We could vacuum several rooms/several times without issue 6) The vacuum moves swiftly and easily around furniture and into corners and under things. 7) The vacuum is sleek and sits in a corner and charges quickly A few things I did not love: 1) The top with the motor and dirt bin is heavy, which does create some issues if I'm trying to vacuum in the car and using the smaller attachments. It is not always as portable as you need that part whatever you do. 2) The charging cord is long instead of a stand. I've used ones with stands that are a little nicer to look at if you have to plug it in away from where you store it. You can anchor a spot to store it on the wall right near the plug, but if for some reason your plug isn't close to where you want to stand it, the cord is a little more noticeable. 3) The long stick part can be a little harder to detach so you don't use it when vacuuming in smaller spaces or taking it out to the car The things I did not love were much more minor. Overall, it's a great vacuum that handles our heavy vacuum needs well. We get rid of hair and fur without getting caught in any gears (minimal clean up of the vacuum itself is required). The tangle-free brush roll seems to remain truly tangle free, and both our girls have long hair. Glitter, snacks, dirt, everything imaginable ends up on our floor, and this vacuum seems to get everything with just a few passes. The girls themselves can use the vacuum (3 and 5 years old) and actually accomplish some real cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m going to start by saying the single biggest game changer of this vacuum is the fact that it stands up by itself(!). No need to awkwardly lean it against the wall when you need to pause to pick something up, but has all the benefits of a stick (light and quiet)! We have a lot of hardwoods and a large shedding dog and this did a solid job of keeping up with tufts. The headlights helped to find the fur/hair against my lighter wood floors, but didn’t show every tiny dust particle (a pro and a con depending on your point of view). I’ll say I found it to be stronger on hardwood/flat weave rugs than our thicker pile area rugs, but was totally fine for maintenance and saved me from lugging out the bigger vacuum multiple times a week - especially since I could leave it standing up in the corner of any room (did I mention how much I love that it stands up by itself?!?) I had no issues with tangling on the brush head after 3 weeks of use, so that seemed to work as advertised. Also emptying is really easy- I loved that I don’t have to disassemble the vacuum to empty it out, but does require one hand to dislodge the fur into the trash maybe 50% of the time. Overall- I’ve been really happy with this stick vacuum. It won’t replace my bigger vacuum for deep cleaning, but I’ve found myself taking it out significantly less and it’s much easier to just grab this for daily cleaning. I’m a fan!
