Goodbye fur and dust
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, and I’m genuinely impressed by how well it balances form and function. First off, the sleek, the self standing design is a major win—it’s lightweight, easy to store, and looks good even when it’s not tucked away. I primarily have hardwood floors throughout the house but have several area rugs. The stick vacuum performs beautifully on both surfaces. I also love using the FurFinder on my cloth couches to collect all the pet hair. Performance-wise, the suction is surprisingly powerful for such a compact device. It handles everything from fine dust to stubborn pet fur on both hard floors and rugs with ease. My two shedding pets usually mean constant cleanup, but this vacuum makes it a quick, satisfying task. One of the standout features is the built-in headlights in the cleaning head. It might seem like a small detail, but it makes a huge difference—especially under furniture or in dim corners. I’ve spotted more hidden dust and fur than I ever expected. This feature should be standard on all vacuums. The battery life is decent, charging is straightforward, and the detachable canister is easy to empty without a mess. If you’re looking for a stylish yet highly functional vacuum that doesn’t miss a spot—literally—this one’s a solid choice. Thank you Stellar Product Review Panel for the opportunity to test this product.
Must Have Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pet owner with two shedding dogs, I’ve gone through my fair share of vacuums, but the Bissell Power Clean Fur Finder stands out for a few key reasons. First and foremost, it lives up to its name when it comes to pet hair. The specially designed tangle-free brush roll is a game changer—it picks up fur from carpets and upholstery without getting clogged. The suction power is impressive for a vacuum in this price range, and it handles both hardwood and carpet with ease. I also appreciate the lightweight design, which makes it easy to carry up and down stairs. The swivel steering helps navigate around furniture, and the detachable hose is great for above-floor cleaning. One of the highlights is the LED crevice tool—it really helps track down hidden fur in corners and under furniture. It’s also relatively quiet compared to other vacuums I’ve used. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the dustbin fills up quickly, especially in homes with multiple pets. But emptying it is easy and mess-free. Overall, the Bissell Power Clean Fur Finder is the best choice for pet parents looking for an affordable, efficient vacuum.
Great Vacuum Kind of Heavy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is a powerhouse when it comes to removing pet hair. Its floor cleaniong performance is excellent and the battery life is decent, you can almost cover 2300 square feet on one charge. I would recomend purchasing a second battery if you want uninterupted cleaning. One standout feature is the built in light. It really lets you see where the pet hair is and ensures that nothing gets left behind. There are a few drawbacks worth noting. The vacumm is a bit heavy due to the type of battery it uses, it can feel like an arm workout. It is not great for cleaning things above floor level like ceiling fans and shelves as it lacks flexibility and lighter weight these types of things require. Additionally the dirt tank is on the small side. With four kids and multiple pets I find myself needing to empty it often during a single cleaning session. Overall, it is a great vacuum for powerful floor cleaning in pet friendly households with an excellent light feature that helps you catch every bit of fur but be prepared for frequent bin emptying and a bit of muscle use.
Furmamas best friend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell did not disappoint with this new stick vac as part of their lineup focused on cleaning up pet messes. It features some of the most basic yet necessary functions that sets this apart from other stick vacs. For one, the furfinder headlights shine a surprisingly strong light that embarassingly but oh so helpfully shows you just how dirty your floor really is. It works phenomenally for hardwood and tiled surfaces. The vacuum itself works really well on carpets and rugs too but the light feature doesn't really help as much on those surfaces. The vacuum turns on and stays on with the press of a button. No more sore finger from holding the trigger just to clean! The power settings boost pretty well too. I have a Ruggable at home that is a little finicky to vacuum because if the suction is too strong, the top layer of the rug gets suctioned off the base layer. This vacuum actually managed to clean out the dog fur that I imagine has been stuck between the threads for some time. If you put it on the strongest setting the vacuum will stop rolling so it took a tiny trial and error but I figured out which settings to use for all the different surfaces in my home. The attachment heads were all pretty useful although I did find myself just going back to the widest flat one to clean floors the most. Still nice to have the options. My family members repeatedly pick up this vacuum over others in our house too. I love that it can actually stand on its own without a mounting bracket. I have an exploring little one at home so mine hides in the bathroom lol but even while going from room to room, it is so helpful that this can stand upright without falling over. Cleaning the vacuum is so easy, the tangle free brush roll really does make things easier. My fur baby has short fur, but my long hair gets tangled up in brush rolls -- not in this one though. Pulling out a little pail that had neatly collected all the mess is a simple task and while at first I wasn't a huge fan of emptying this vacuum out, I have come to appreciate the ability to just carry the dirt pail away separately from the vacuum.
Great vacuum for animal lovers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have six cats and two dogs so pet hair is always an issue in my house. Don’t get me wrong, I love my pets, but we have a baby so we are trying to keep wayward hairs out of her mouth. We have dark hardwood floors and a microfiber couch so it is pretty apparent when there is pet hair on surfaces. We really like this vacuum and enjoy using it to clean! It handles beautifully when rolling it across surfaces and turns on a dime. It isn’t too heavy to carry either. I really liked the bright headlights to illuminate my floors- as I mentioned, my floors are quite dark, and even with the overhead lights on, I could easily see all of the specks of fur and dirt lit up. Getting set up was a breeze, and usage felt intuitive. I liked how the vacuum can go into different modes. Suction seemed pretty powerful. The only thing I didn’t really love is the waste bin. I prefer a hands-off dumping but this one requires you to remove the waste bin from the vacuum and pour it out. Personally I prefer pressing a button and having a hatch open. However, I’m very happy with this vacuum, and my floors look much cleaner and fur free than before!
Bissel Vacuum to the Rescue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I’m really impressed with this vacuum! With two animals and two kids in the house, we deal with plenty of fur, crumbs, and dust, and this stick vac has made a noticeable difference in our daily cleaning routine. Performance on Various Surfaces: It performs beautifully on both hard floors and carpets. It transitions seamlessly between the two, picking up pet hair, dust, and debris without any issues. It actually feels easier to maneuver than our previous handheld, despite being a bit heavier. Effectiveness of the FurFinder Tool: The FurFinder tool is awesome for tackling embedded pet hair on furniture and upholstery. It really pulls out the hair that tends to get woven into our couch cushions, and I’ve noticed way less lingering fur since we started using it. FurFinder Headlights: I absolutely love the headlights — they make a huge difference in spotting hidden hair and dust bunnies under furniture and along baseboards. It’s one of my favorite features and makes cleaning oddly satisfying. Ease of Use & Design: This vacuum is super easy to use. The self-standing design is convenient when you need to pause mid-clean, and the tangle-free brush roll really lives up to its promise. The only small downside is that after about a month, the wheels have started to squeak a little, but it hasn’t affected performance, and I’m still completely obsessed with this vac. Final Thoughts: We use this vacuum every day, and it’s quickly become a household favorite. Great suction, solid battery life on medium/low, and perfect for pet owners. Highly recommend!
ALMOST perfect for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many cordless stick vacuums and the FurFinder is definitely a top three for me! Great price, good suction, really decent attachments for its multifaceted use, and does an awesome job with fur and hardwood surfaces with the light feature. I could see EVERYTHING and boy was I astounded at the state of my ‘clean’ floors. I give this five stars, HOWEVER the weight of it is a bit much for my carpal tunnel wrists, which started to hurt after about 7-10 minutes of vacuuming. It is also NOT quite as deep of a suction as some others that I’ve used where I would not recommend this as a deep cleaning carpet stick vacuum - but it gets almost ALL the hair up. I was so impressed with how well it cleaned up my couch and rugs! With both a cat and a dog alongside two kiddos, my floors and furniture get messy real quick and this did the job and did it well. For the price, I definitely give this an A. The weight of it is a bit much but everything else really made up for that lost ground!
Fabulous FurFinder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Powerclean FurFinder vacuum did a great job at picking up all the pet hair in my house. It was very easy to put together out of the box. The vacuum also came with tools and a wall mount. It took about an hour or two to fully charge. The charging port was a little hard to access. The vacuum appears to be built very well with sturdy materials. However it felt a little heavy while vacuuming around house. Maybe it will take some time to get used to the weight. I really liked the fact that the vacuum can stand upright by itself when not in use. I also appreciated that the power stays on with one click. Some vacuums have to push and hold the power button. Not this one which is great. There were three levels of suction. I found the middle one to be sufficient. It’s nice that the vacuum starts in the middle level every time. We mostly used the vacuum on tile floors with a little bit of carpet. It handles all surfaces very well. The headlight was bright enough to see all the debris and pet hair on the floor. Nice feature to have. I don’t know how long the vacuum lasts on a full charge but I was able to vacuum the first floor without it dying. Overall the vacuum has been easy to use and has made cleaning the house much better.
Fantastic cordless vac with great cleaning power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell cordless vac is great. The suction is really strong, and it does well cleaning my hardwood floors, tile floors and rugs. It's not very loud, and the battery life is long enough to clean my whole house without it running out. I have a long-hair dog and three young children so I vacuum multiple times a day. I find the cordless nature of this great, because it allows me to do quick cleanups with little hassle. Unlike the other stick vac that I've used which requires that you hold down the trigger to run it, the Bissell has an on/off button that you press once to turn on. As such, it makes larger cleaning jobs a lot easier. With the trigger style, your hands end up hurting if you clean your whole house. The Bissell is a lot better. Also, the floor attachment has a light which illuminates the dust and pet hair, making it a lot easier to see the debris you're trying to clean. The only negative I'd say is that it's slightly heavier than the other stick vac I've used. I think this is because the battery is bigger (and last longer), so I'd take the trade in weight for battery life any day. Overall I highly recommend this stick vac and I'd buy it again.
Daily Fur Upkeep Solution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While not a full service vacuum for deep cleaning the whole home, this stick vacuum is well made and effective for daily upkeep, especially of pet fur, and I enjoy using it! The battery life is plenty long for quick cleans throughout the day, the vacuum is small and lightweight enough for easy use and storage, and it is effective on hardwood, carpet, and rugs. I appreciate the ability to hang it on the wall for storage and charging. My favorite features include (1) the headlights that reveal even more fur on my floor than I knew was there (and the mini headlights on the FurFinder tool!), (2) the 3-in-1 versatility so that I don’t need to store an additional handheld vacuum or extension piece, (3) easy emptying and no tangles in the brush roll. Some of the ways this vacuum fall short for me are (1) the strength of suction, which could remove fur well enough but not anything more substantial or solid, (2) the FurFinder tool which did a decent job on my upholstered chair but could not remove any of the fur stuck to the fabric undersides of my leather couch cushions, and (3) the vacuum’s tendency to fall over due to being top heavy (though it can stand freely, as long as you don’t bump it!). Overall, this vacuum is more accessible for daily fur upkeep than my regular vacuum so I’m more prone to grab it for a quick clean which has already helped my home stay more fur-free!
