Customer reviews for Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Deluxe with Extra Battery forOne of the better stick vacs out there
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder. It came with a wall holder and 2 other attachments and charging cord. Right out of the box, I was pleased with how well made it seemed to be. Assembly was easy and it came with a bit of a charge right out of the box. Here are some of the pros and cons I've come up with after using it for 3-4 weeks: Pros - It stands up by itself! This might be my favorite part. I didn't have to lay it on the floor or try and prop it up on something. - It has a really nice and bright LED light which allowed me to see more and better clean my floors. - You don't have to hold a trigger down to keep it powered on there is a just one button to push and it stays on. - While it's sturdy, it's still pretty lightweight. - You can use the main attachment for both hard and carpeted floors. - There are 3 suction levels and the middle level seems to work for everything. - The battery last a good amount of time. I have been able to do my whole down stairs on one charge. - Pretty quiet for a vacuum- which is great as my one child is sensitive to louder noises which vacuums tend to affect them. - works phenomenal on hard floor and rugs- seems to suck up everything from food on the floor from my toddler to pet hair. - the furniture tool is great. Really gets the pet hair off of the furniture with no issues or damage to furniture. I've used this quite a bit. Cons - I wish it had a bigger cannister for debris. - To empty the debris, you need both hands, which can be inconvenient but not a deal breaker form me. - The main attachment for floors works great but I wish it had more of a bush or something on it to better vacuum carpeting as I don't feel it totally gets everything up. However, that would probably make it not tangle free and would totally defeat the purpose. I do think that you could use the upholstery attachment, but it's quite a bit smaller and would likely take longer to do. - I also would prefer a stand for the mount that doesn't require to be anchored to a wall but again not a deal breaker. Overall, I have really enjoyed this product. I think it's a quality home tool that is quite versatile.
Convenient discreet and heavy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve got two kids, a dog, and two cats — so there’s always something on the floor, whether it’s pet hair, crumbs, or who-knows-what. I was really hoping the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder would help cut down on the daily mess, and for the most part, it has! I like to keep a stick vacuum on hand for dinner time and the unexpected pet mess. The headlights are surprisingly useful — they light up all the hidden hair and dust you don’t normally see, especially on hard floors and under furniture. Yuck! Kind of gross, but so satisfying. The tangle-free brush roll is a lifesaver too. No more stopping to cut fur out of the roller every few days — major win in a house with this many pets. And if you need to clean the roller? Just fully disassemble it in a few short steps for a deep clean. It cleans well on all our surfaces: wood, tile, rugs — no problem there. The FurFinder upholstery tool works pretty well on the couch and chairs, though it sometimes takes a couple passes to really get the deep-down fur. Now, it’s not perfect. It’s heavier than I expected, so it’s not something I’d want to use for a full-house deep clean. Great for quick pickups, not so great if you're vacuuming for more than 15 minutes. And even with the attachments, corners were a bit of a pain — it just didn’t get into tight spots as well as I’d hoped. That said, I do love that it stands up on its own, and switching between the main vacuum and the handheld tools is super easy. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to the cleaning routine — not life-changing, but definitely helpful. Four stars from our very furry, very busy household!
It Stands Up to mess and by design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of great features of this vacuum- both design and cleaning power. Highly, highly recommend. Some of my favorite things: Simple plug-in charging-You don’t need to remove and charge the battery separately. The battery’s weight is more distributed than other Bissell cordless vacuums so it’s easier to maneuver and less heavy on your wrist. It stands up…the self-standing is a real game changer! Other vacuums fall when leaned against a wall which turns into a crash landing with the vacuum sprawled across the floor. The barrel/container that collects the hair, crumbs, and general mess is super easy to clean. It releases from the metal barrel when you tap it on the trash can so you don’t have to use your hand to remove the gunk. Headlights are great. I love seeing otherwise invisible dust and hair on my hard wood floors and rugs/upholstery.
Best stick Vac
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently recieved the Bissell PowerClean Fur Finder. It arrived the day before we unwinterize our RV and had company arriving unexpectedly. We unboxed it and put it to work! After charging for less than 2 hours, it was ready to go, it was very easy to assemble and very user friendly, even for my 6 and 10 year olds. We are a Livestock show family and have 3 dogs, so lots of dirt and hair in our lives and everywhere. The Bissell PowerClean Fur Finder, handled it all amazingly well. It fits in small spaces and is very agile, and very powerful for a stick vacuum. It cleaned everything I tired it on - laminate, wood floor, couches, rugs, and especially in our RV!! My 6 year old has claimed it as his vacuum and loves how easy it is to handle and he can dump it by himself without making a mess! I will probably buy a second on to love in our RV this summer.
Great cordless vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first cordless vacuum and I am impressed. It works great on both carpet and hardwood. I really like the headlights, especially for hardwood, to better see what needed cleaning. The FurFinder tool is a nice addition though not something I need to use on an everyday basis. It did pull up more hair and dirt than a normal setting. Overall this vacuum is really easy to use and effective. I like how it is lightweight and comes with a wall hanging option. We have started vacuuming more because it is so easy to pull this vac out for a quick sweep. My only complaint is the battery life but since I've never used a cordless vac before, this might be the norm.
Completely Impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was completely blown away by this vacuum. I love that it has three different power settings so you can adjust the suction to whatever level you need for the surface you are cleaning. I have used this on tile, rugs, carpet, in the car, kitchen drawers, and kids carseats . The light feature is life-changing. It was incredible after my son dropped a plate on the floor. The light was able to show me pieces of the ceramic that I missed with my regular broom. The self standing function is top-tier. It’s wonderful to be able to pause my chore and not have to lean the vacuum against something. The battery life is very good, and I love the two extra attachments. It truly is an out of this world vacuum. I even got rid of my other corded and cordless vacuum after using this vacuum for a few weeks!
Great value vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder vacuum, we put it immediately to use! The setup of the vacuum was incredibly easy and just needed to charge it for a few hours prior to use. You don’t have to instal the dock onto your wall if you don’t want to, you are able to just plug it in and charge it while the vacuum stands upright on its own. The ease of a wireless vacuum is everything! The entire downstairs of my home is hardwood. Having the lights is so nice in detecting debris as well as animal fur that we couldn’t see with the naked eye. As far as suction on the hardwoods, 10/10! There are 3 levels and I preferred staying on medium/high especially with having pets in the home. This vacuum got right up to the baseboards which I really appreciate and look for in a vacuum. The crevice tool is incredible nice for those hard to reach areas as well as getting into my kids play bins to get out any dust/fur. We also tested out the handheld brush roll on the furniture (couch, chairs, stairs, etc.) and it did a great job at picking up crumbs and pet fur. Have tried the vacuum now a few times on our upstairs carpeting and I will say I’m not the biggest far of this on the carpeting. While it did pick up surface debris/fur, it was leaving anything imbedded still there and had to break out our other vacuum to get a full clean. My only other negative would have to be the battery life. On a full charge I couldn’t vacuum my entire 1900sq ft house without the battery dying. All in all this is a great vacuum especially for the price! If your home is all carpeting I would probably look elsewhere but if you have minimal carpeting and primarily hard floors this is a great option!
Exactly what we needed with dog and kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a golden retriever and two young kids, and I have to say this upright stick vacuum has been a game changer for us! We’ve used other stick vacuums before, but we didn’t like how they couldn’t go from hardwood to rugs very easily without changing the roller out. They also weren’t nearly as powerful, and couldn’t stand upright on their own. We love the headlights on the FurFinder as it really highlights hidden dog hair on our dark hardwood, the mode button allows for turbo mode which allowed the vacuum to pick up crumbs in a long shag fiber area rug, and the FurFinder and other detail tools that helped remove most of the embedded dog hair from our car upholstery. Other fantastic features are how it can stand on its own and doesn’t need to be docked to store (although it can for charging and storage), that the battery can easily be removed to charge on its own, the easy removal and emptying of the canister, and how maneuverable it is around and under furniture. The battery charge lasts through vacuuming our entire downstairs (hardwood, 2 short pile rugs, and one shag rug) before needing a recharge. Because it’s so good at picking up hair and debris, the canister probably needs to be emptied at least 1-2x during that full job. Ultimately, this vacuum has made cleaning up kid mess and dog hair several times a week super convenient, effective, and fast! Effectively this has replaced two other in-house vacuums and a garage vacuum we use to clean out our cars!
Finally a convenient options that really works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a household with four large, shedding dogs, finding a vacuum that can keep up has been a serious challenge—until now. The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder has truly impressed us with how much it can pick up. From hair tumbleweeds to that ever-present layer of dust, using this vacuum daily has made a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of our home. One standout feature is the built-in light, which makes it incredibly easy to spot hidden fur and dirt, helping us achieve a much deeper clean. But where this vacuum really shines is on dog beds—the FurFinder attachment has been a total game changer. For the first time, the beds feel clean, not just look it. The PowerClean FurFinder is lightweight and simple enough to use every day, which makes keeping up with the mess a lot less stressful. The only drawbacks we’ve encountered are the relatively small canister, which fills up fast, and the shorter battery life—something to be aware of if you have a large area to clean in one go. Overall, if you're a pet owner looking for a powerful, easy-to-use vacuum that truly tackles fur and dust, the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is worth it.
Dont want to remember life before this vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum. So much. I had a very popular brand vacuum that I thought was totally doing the trick, but then I got this one and my life was instantly better. Going to list out what I love about it: 1. It works really really well. I didn’t think it could possibly be as powerful as my old vacuum bc it’s small and doesn’t plug in, but it really is amazing. I have a dog that sheds a ton and 3 small kids so we put it through the wringer, and it holds its own. Attaching a photo to show how much it sucked up the first time I ever used it — I had vacuumed the day before. 2. The fur attachment reallllyyyyy gets all those dog hairs that you thought were just part of the rug now. 3. It has a light on the front! You know when the sun hits so perfectly that you can see juuuust how much dog hair is on your floors? This light gives you that affect but all the time, making it way easier to get every little hair and piece of dirt 4. Attachment storage! It comes with a way to store attachments, which is so helpful so you don’t have random attachments hanging out on the floor of your hall closet. 5. Light, compact, and easy to get under furniture. 6. Doesn’t come packed in a ton of styrofoam that you have to throw away and feel guilty about! My one con (and this is a me problem because it’s the way the world is going and I just need to get over it), but you have to charge it. I hate that I can’t just pull it out and plug it in. One more thing to have to charge! Also, I live in a small, old house that doesn’t have a laundry room/dedicated storage space for things like this, so it limits where i can store it. Overall though, 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
