Stopped works for making Craft ice. Sevice person has come 4 times. Every time they need to order a part. Craft ice now works but the light when you knock doesn’t now. How in the world can the parts not exist or be on backorder if this is a new fridge. This has all been going on now for about a month and a half and still not fixed. not acceptable and definitely not good service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this one when our other LG died. We love the knock window but the fingerprints on the glass are stubborn. We also purchased the Stainless with the fingerprint guard however we get a lot of fingerprints.

Help, We just ordered and received this beautiful refrigerator this week. We cleaned out the ice and water and thought we were good. Then we opened the freezer door and the ice container fell when it was full of ice and broke one of the shelves. We had used the door several times in the last three days prior placing new items inside and had not touched the ice maker again and then this happened. Where would we go to buy a new shelf? How do we make sure the ice maker is seated properly when we had thought we had done so and come to find several days later that it can just fall down? Have no idea what to do from here. Can someone please email me back?

Had for a month+ and so far so good. I like the craft ice, but wish it made faster. Regular ice only available through the door dispenser, I would like to be able to grab a handful manually. Looks great and is a nice compromise when you have both black and stainless appliances. The drawer handles are at the bottom, I would prefer top, but not a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought id go back to a side by side after owning a 30 cubic foot frensh door. But Im glad I did. This fridge is huge inside. You can fit a gallon milk on any drawer. The door shelves are deep and spacious. Craft ice maker is fantastic. I Love everything about it.

I purchased refrigerator in early July. So far, I am very pleased with it. I'm especially pleased with all the great features: two sources of ice, especially the craft ice...love it. Viewing what's inside is a special feature. It gives me lots of space in both the freezer and refrigerator which is exactly what I looked for. Another great feature is being smudge-proof..I only need to wipe with a cloth.

We had owned a LG Refrigerator for 19 years, no problems. We downsized to a smaller home in July and decided to purchase new refrigerator. We blame both ourselves and the salesman for not reviewing the features more thoroughly. We weren’t told about the round ice balls, so surprised when they started to dispense (loudly and slowly), not a useful idea in our thinking. Opening the drawers from the bottom, very unhandy. The glass front looked nice, but we’re constantly having to wash the fingerprints off. Finding milk, orange juice, etc, do not get as cold if put on the shelves behind the glass front. To say the least very disappointed in this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought LG ref for the firsr time because I like the features. Mine was delivered Dec. 8 of 2023. But after the setup I did not check everything. The following day we noticed some icy part inside the freezer and the left side of the door was un-even so we disconnected it. I get in touched with the store where I purchased and so with LG tech suppport. I followed the basic troubleshooting. It is working but the part that I was complaining is still un- even or not perfectly aligned. The tech support mentioned that I need to replace the entire door. I even contacted the store but did not give me any solution to my complain. Both the store and LG did not helped me. So I rest my case and charged it to experoence.

a few years we bought a new refrigerator and all we ever had were problems first ice maker quit and then the freezer went out loosing 500 in food waste but this fridge we love very much and it so much better we love the side by side and its so big we can get so much more food in there and the instant view is awesome and the big ice balls are great you make a every good product and we look forward to years of woeking together

The led light that comes on when the water dispenser is cleaning is not needed, is obnoxious at night or needs a switch to turn off. The ice dispenser is poorly engineered for use. Impossible to catch all the ice in a glass so it goes on the floor. The ice dispenser is poorly designed. Do you test these with real consumers before you decide to make them?
