My husband and I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! It has so much room, makes four types of ice to boot! LG ThinQ app is so user friendly and packed full of features and valuable information. Did I mention the tons of ice it makes…. the mini cubes and craft ice are a HUGE hit with our family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new LG because of the past excellent experience with this Company. The new refrigerator has lots of room compared to the old one. Because of kitchen size restrictions, we were limited to a counter depth, but this fridge has the capacity of a full-size refrigerator. No handles on the doors means there is now extra floor space to get past it. Controlling the temps and Icemakers with the Thin Q app is super easy and convenient. Love my new LG.

Thank u for this opportunity. I love the shelf that retracts to allow for taller bottles, I love the third shelf in the freezer that allows me to easily separate frozen foods and not have a 4 th door. I am still not too sure why the ice water door dispenser lights up every so often. I enjoy the various ice, however the dispenser really needs some redesign , as I need to use a wide mouth bowl to prevent the ice from splashing on the floor. The door occasionally need to be wiped down from finger prints. It has been said that”a new broom sweeps clean”, so i would especially like to be able to review this appliance when it is a year or older in my kitchen!

We were worried it would not be enough space in the refrigerator but it is ample space and we cannot be happier. The pull out drawer on the bottom allows us to see items at a quick glance. For organization I would recommend clear plastic bins for the main part of the refrigerator. The water and ice in the door works perfectly. The extra ice maker in the freezer is great when we have company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. I had several issues getting the unit and the craft ice maker went out several weeks into the purchase. All that being said, all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The only issue I may have is there are no handles. This will take a little getting used to. Plenty of room and good lighting. Very happy overall.

Runs quietly and efficiently. However I don’t like that there are no handles on the door, which means you either have to bend down to reach the bottom of the door or reach up to the top of the door to open the refrigerator. Also, I found the shelf height difficult to adjust with limited options to adjust shelf height.

I bought this unit sight unseen. I had certain requirements that had to be met. Specifically, counter-depth, clean lines, exterior ice/water, 3 door and no freezer handle. (I find those to work awkwardly.) This unit is well thought out and met all of my requirements and then some. It has 4 types of ice (regular and crushed from the dispenser, “craft” mini-cubes and balls in the freezer). I wasn’t at all interested in the “craft” ice thinking it was overkill, but I find myself loving them! This unit is extraordinarily quiet and astonishingly spacious. It has great additional features even including cushions in the freezer ice bins to dampen the dropping of the ice. It also does not have a zillion external lights to bask an entire room at night (I hate that). The operating controls are located on the right wall in the refrigerator. The ice/water dispenser has a very discreet indicator and, other than the UV halo (which disinfects the dispenser automatically about 10 mins/hr, I read), there are no other distracting lights. The approach light is fantastic! It, as well as the halo, are soft blue and won’t blind you. Having no protruding handles gives it a clean, very sleek look. The print-proof stainless seems to be more print-proof than my old refrigerator. Of course the lack of protruding handles would have something to do with that but whatever. The “handles” are recessed hand-holds. The freezer has a latch in the center of the recess to open it. The doors have recesses on both the top and bottom. Using a hand-hold to open the doors is the only thing I’ve had to become accustom. I was surprised and delighted to realize that you can open and close either door independently! (I have a relative whose complaint is having to remember to close the left door before closing the right but I was grudgingly willing to accept that.) The sealing flap between the doors is, as typical, located on the left door and while open lies flat against the edge of the door. However, it has an upward protrusion that engages with a track in the ceiling portion of the refrigerator which guides the seal into place without the need to close the doors left-right. Brilliant! The door ice maker is super thin compared to my old one and latches tightly closed. The water filter is conveniently located just below the door ice maker behind a bin. The bin needs to be removed and the filter pivots outward to replace. Easy-peasy. The bins are nice and deep (the one under the ice maker is not as deep, of course). The rear-sliding shelf is great for taller items and everything operates smoothly. I am quite pleased with this unit and would highly recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new refrigerator. It took a little while for me to get it setup and running properly and I don't like the design of the doors without handles. But the ice maker is awesome and everything else seems to be working great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lurched three weeks ago. Love the space both in frig and freezer. Whoops, the ice maker hasn’t worked properly from the start. Only eight ball made. The dispenser partially froze up and the mini cube section is light on cubes. A service repair order has been placed and should be at my home in three days. I’m sure all will be rectified and we’ll be able to enjoy the Frig.
