Hello there. We regret to learn about your dissatisfaction with the door alignment and the issues with the ice maker that you have experienced. Proper door alignment is essential for the effective functioning of your refrigerator. If the doors need to align correctly, it could be attributed to various factors, such as an uneven floor surface or incorrect leveling during setup. Concerning the ice maker, we comprehend the frustration when a vital feature ceases to work shortly after. There could be multiple causes for this issue, including water supply problems, blocked lines, or a faulty component.
