This was great! The amount of chicken compared to the rice was a lot more than I had expected and was quite pleasing. The salsa verde has a great flavor. I would recommend using half the packet when you stir everything together and use the remaining salsa after you heat it up and as you eat it. If you are not a zucchini person (I'm not), you might see it as it's about the same size as the corn, there is plenty of other flavors and textures for it hide behind. The only thing that I noticed which is why I'm giving 4 stars is that some of the rice still seemed hard/undercooked but not so much that it was a turn off.

I love these. Take about 2 min in the microwave and keeps me from snacking all afternoon. I am usually in a bind since my kids are home a lot and this is sooo helpful. They are expensive but honestly I might just keep paying it for the sheer convenience.

The chicken is juicy, the rice and beans are flavorful. It didn't have an aftertaste. It tastes fresh and homemade. I wish there was a little more rice.

Everyone's tastes are different, but I really liked this chicken bowl. The chicken remained moist and tender, although I felt it needed heated a bit longer than called for. I like verde sauce and I think some of the low reviews may be folks that don't even know what it is. As for portion size, it's exactly the size a single person should be eating and not made for oversized appetites. Coupled with a few tortilla chips it was ample.

It heats up fast and is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner when I don’t feel like cooking.

I was actually surprised by this and really liked it. It is a little wet when you get it out of the microwave, but if you let it sit a few minutes the rice soaks it up. It is a “smaller” portion, but still good for a light lunch. I'm definitely getting more.
