[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this a couple of months, but I’m very pleased with it. It’s great for some of those oversized pans and tall pitchers. I absolutely love my third door! It makes it so easy to grab and go. It also keeps the grandkids from standing in front of the fridge with door open looking for drinks and snacks. I’m also a huge fan of the two bottom freezers. I’m short and this is a godsend. My only complaint was one of the gaskets didn’t seal properly when I first got it. A technician came out and fixed everything and now it works beautifully.

We have had this refrigerator about 3 weeks now. My only complaint is that the upper or main part of the fridge does not go down to the 33 degrees it allows me to set it to. Yes I know that opening and closing the door can have an impact on this. But I put an after market thermometer inside that tells me the daily high and low temp of the fridge as well as the current temp. I will say it stays between 35 and 42. Even over night it will get as warm as 41 degrees. In my opinion it should go to and stay at the temp you set it at especially overnight. Daytime not so much.

We have had our fridge for 2 years and are very happy with it. A couple of small issues. The craft ice maker is very slow to get started. It took several days to finally start making ice and has occasionally stopped working. But it has re-started when the reset button is pressed. The ice maker in the door can sometimes freeze ice in a mass that will not drop down into the dispenser. But by opening the door latch and pushing the blockage down, it will work properly. Also, the fridge has to be perfectly level or the door latches do not close properly. Leveling the machine is not easy, but solves the problem. The light that comes on when you knock on the door is cool but, we hardly ever use it because you can't really see the majority of things inside. Also, be advised that the width of the fridge is listed at 36 inches. But, if you slide it all the way into a 36 inch opening it will not open because the doors protrude further than 36 inches from the fridge. We had to make the opening in our kitchen larger to accommodate this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit last year and have had nothing but a great experience so far. We have owned other brands and had issues with many of them (particularly the ice makers). so far, we have had no issues and would definitely recommend LG as a good refrigerator.

Our kitchen is a bit old, and our counters aren't as deep as they may make them these days, so I really had to work hard to find a refrigerator that fit in our opening. Does the craft ice (near-spheres) last longer? Yes (plus it's fun). Do we use the "open the outside " door on the right; every day. This is a NICE refrigerator. I take it that it's a bit shallow inside because it is only a 23 cu ft. refrigerator, which is what we needed. I have no real "complaints", but if you put something very flat on top of the middle drawer, it may slide off into the are behind the drawer (small arms and wooden yardsticks are very handy in this case). The only other thing is that I wish we could adjust is the closing speed of the left door; it can build up some momentum and slam shut if you just take your hand off of it. These are minor things for us; the daily things all work great and it's nice looking. I've recently purchased a dishwasher (our old one broke) and stove (well, it was still working but as old as the hills) in the same series.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good product for a smaller size family of 2-3 people. I really like the design, fits well in a small kitchen. Nice looking, the water and different kinds of ice is a great feature. The side door bins are small and are ok for thin and small bottles. Middle drawer convenient and you can change the temperature to make it an extra fridge or freezer drawer. Not thrilled about the flimsiness of some of the plastic. If you are looking for extra large freezer space this may not be enough for your needs— be sure to get all measurements before purchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the key feature that drove our buying decision, the door-in-door compartment. It is surprisingly roomy and easily stores the items we regularly use, and is more energy efficient to use than opening the full door(s). And the “Full Convert” drawer is likewise an efficient and easily accessible place for additional regularly used items. Using these two areas left most of the interior space free, so it seems like we have a very large refrigerator though technically it’s the same size as the unit it replaced. On the negative side, the craft ice maker for us is just a gimmick, making pretty but very impractical large balls of ice, not the best way to chill a drink. We would have preferred the regular ice cube maker be in its place (in the freezer), freeing up the huge amount of space it takes in the door. The very tiny shelves that are on the inside of that door are almost useless. And the final insult is the common problem (in our experience with other ice-makers-the-refrigerator-space): the ice cubes partially melt and then refreeze into a clump that won’t dispense. The last negative is the whole unit wobbles, even though the legs are firmly tightened down to the floor (unit not on its wheels).

Great space for condiments and easy access. I did not think I would use the double tap refrigerator door opening but love it and use it all the time. Craft ice makes 3- 6 per day pending your settings, and is great, just slow producing so set your expectations accordingly. Overall love the refrigerator and am happy with its purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The counter depth refrigerator is the perfect size for our kitchen. It has a great layout so that it holds a lot The adjustable shelves makes it able to accommodate any size bottles. the shelves on the door where the ice maker is, are a little narrow, so it can be difficult to store some items. I was able to put a few bottles of salad dressing, and a few other small condiments. The dual ice maker is wonderful! I absolutely LOVE the craft ice. I only wish that it was able to produce more each day. I let it build up so that there are plenty, since everyone wants to try them when they see them. The full-convert drawer is great. It has several different setting options, which allows you to chose whether its an extra freezer drawer or refrigerator drawer. The door in door is wonderful, allowing for easy quick access to all of the most used items. I put milk, coffee creamer, juice in the door and it is very convenient. The black stainless is absolutely beautiful in our kitchen.
