I bought the unit to replace a built in Sub Zero unit that was 20yrs old. Due to the years gone by and the house shifting this unit did not fit in the same opening even though the dimensions were smaller by .25-.50" After alterations the unit rolled in w/o a problem, set up was easy, you have to find the sweet spot of how far "in" you position your unit because the doors will not be able to open completely or will hit the wall or moldings.The unit rolls easily which is a bit of an issue bc with some people closing the door hard the unit moves back and we need to reposition it prevent the door from hitting the side walls when they are being opened. The unit functions very well, is quiet. We like the ice balls and use them more, you just have to give the unit time to build up a bank of them since it only produces 3/day. We love the 3rd drawer with the ability to set multiple temp setting. The door n door is a nice feature, we don't use the knock on the door to see what's inside but rarely bc you know what's in that section already we found but we are still glad we have the window. The unit looks upscale, we have received complements on the looks. Time will tell how efficient the unit is saving on cost vs the old Sub Zero. I rated the unit 4 stars bc I have not experienced it enough to give it 5 and the issue of it moving which I have not researched the manual for to see if I can lock the wheels. The wifi was easy to connect, it took more than one attempt but I did it myself. The cost of the unit was less than half of what a replacement built in would have cost and the capacity would be the same so we thought this was a better option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying my LG refrigerator for three months now and it has been perfect in every way. The features are very helpful - the door in a door keeps the refrigerator temperature especially stable as only the outside door is opened to grab a drink. And the custom round ice balls are the best for drinks of all sort. I like having the option of a fully convertible middle drawer although so far I have kept it as a deli drawer without converting it. Typically I keep a lot of frozen food and the freezer drawer I find easy to access and easy to organize given its slide-able dividers. The only slightly problematic area is the height of the shelves in the refrigerator interior. I seem to have more tall items than short and the shelves are not perfectly adjustable. The Knock knock feature is perhaps more fun than wildly necessary but I am glad I splurged and went with all the bells and whistles. Since a refrigerator should last a good long time, I am very happy I bought a quality top rated LG.

We have had our fridge for 2 years and are very happy with it. A couple of small issues. The craft ice maker is very slow to get started. It took several days to finally start making ice and has occasionally stopped working. But it has re-started when the reset button is pressed. The ice maker in the door can sometimes freeze ice in a mass that will not drop down into the dispenser. But by opening the door latch and pushing the blockage down, it will work properly. Also, the fridge has to be perfectly level or the door latches do not close properly. Leveling the machine is not easy, but solves the problem. The light that comes on when you knock on the door is cool but, we hardly ever use it because you can't really see the majority of things inside. Also, be advised that the width of the fridge is listed at 36 inches. But, if you slide it all the way into a 36 inch opening it will not open because the doors protrude further than 36 inches from the fridge. We had to make the opening in our kitchen larger to accommodate this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just recently received delivery of this refrigerator. So far its very good. The options are great, it seems be well made. I luv the front right side compartment for easy access to items used more often. The knock and look feature isn't really a wow factor but it can be useful. A really enjoy the ice maker balls. That's a great feature as well. A few drank backs are the storage on the left side. Small compact and not many uses. Maybe that's a good thing? as I won't keep more items. The water and ice maker seem to function well for now, but I'm anticiapting those features to break down and wear over time. Overall I like the third drawer feature that allows for different options i.e. different temperatures or changing into a freezer. I would recommend this unit.

So we've only had our new refrigerator for a short time, it has performed as expected. No issues to report. We did notice that the actual temperature was slightly off when using two different temperature probes. We set the temperature to the recommended 37 degrees. Although it varied some, the actual temp was more like 39 degrees. No an issue as we made the adjustment and went on with life. I love the door in a door feature. Very handy to get common things like mile, juice etc without having to open a "big" door. The dual ice makers are nice too. Love the craft ice for drinks. And lastly, we like the counter depth aspect as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this fridge for a few months now. This fridge replaces and older LG fridge. The design feature are a huge improvement. we especially like the middle drawer. The craft ice maker is incredible. initially we thought it was a little hokey but it is now our go to ice. the fridge was delivered with one minor flaw, a crack in the plastic in-door shelf where a screw was over tightened. The LG service tech has been awesome to work with and LG even offered to buy back the fridge but we decided to wait for the part.

We have had this refrigerator about 3 weeks now. My only complaint is that the upper or main part of the fridge does not go down to the 33 degrees it allows me to set it to. Yes I know that opening and closing the door can have an impact on this. But I put an after market thermometer inside that tells me the daily high and low temp of the fridge as well as the current temp. I will say it stays between 35 and 42. Even over night it will get as warm as 41 degrees. In my opinion it should go to and stay at the temp you set it at especially overnight. Daytime not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works much better for us than the side-by-side it replaced, with more of the food visible in the fridge when you open the door, trade-off being frozen foods are harder to see in the bin below. It's a beautiful centerpiece to our kitchen, the pocket door is super handy, and the convertible drawer keeps storage flexible. Although it's counter depth, it doesn't sit flush with our counters/cabinets because the water supply line behind it is not close enough to the wall, so we can't push the fridge all the way in. Much less of an issue with this one vs our old standard-depth fridge, which stuck out all the more. The top of this fridge isn't finished nicely because it wasn't intended to be seen, and for the most part no one would be looking up there. The handles on this one seem to capture fingerprints more easily than our previous. The smart/wifi features aren't working for us - the fridge simply won't stay connected to our network. Same issue with all of our new LG appliances. Not a feature we miss, but would be fun to see what's possible if we were to get it working.

I have now had my refrigerator fir 2 years. I love the center drawer which we use as individuals leftovers refrigerators (works because only 3 of us). The display door is nice as well however it doesn’t light up to touch. Fridge ration in general is good. Water dispenser cup capacity isn’t a great feature because you have to hold your cup anyway.
