Excellent features including the visible access door for frequently used items to reduce energy loss and the convertible drawer for lunch meats etc. Craft ice is also a great feature for entertaining. We highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this frig! it has a wonderful layout and organization. My husband loves the craft ice. The craft ice-maker quit working, but before I discovered it; LG contacted me to let me know that I could get a replacement for FREE. I could choose to either do a self install or get a technician. The appointment was quick and fixed in a day or two. The only other reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the top freezer drawer is difficult to access. It doesn't pull out all the way and things are difficult to access. This wouldn't keep me from buying it again. The front view door, organization (especially with the middle drawer), and craft ice are all worth a little repair. LG handled the repair seamlessly.

I recommend these LG Engineering re- configure the water filter housing, design and purpose. Oftentimes a water filter is not needed due to whole house water softeners, ozone and rechargeable filtration systems. I am unable to use this refrigerator without your LG. Water filter. Please consider providing a choice to consumers to use or not use the LG Water Filter.

Glass door is a plus the double oven stove is amazing though we wish that it had some accent lights on the Display board we would definitely recommend these products to our friends and family

It’s such a thrill to have such a beautiful new and fancy refrigerator after 23 years with our old one!! The craft ball ice is fun to use with our guests! You will not be disappointed with this refrigerator! It’s wondearful!

So we've only had our new refrigerator for a short time, it has performed as expected. No issues to report. We did notice that the actual temperature was slightly off when using two different temperature probes. We set the temperature to the recommended 37 degrees. Although it varied some, the actual temp was more like 39 degrees. No an issue as we made the adjustment and went on with life. I love the door in a door feature. Very handy to get common things like mile, juice etc without having to open a "big" door. The dual ice makers are nice too. Love the craft ice for drinks. And lastly, we like the counter depth aspect as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I purchased this! It is quite roomy (even the counter depth model!), bright and functional! I only gave it 4 stars because of the ice maker. The space saving ice maker in the door has very little space so it makes less quantity of ice vs previous models I've had. So, keep that in mind if you use a lot of ice. The ice is also quite small so it melts fast in drinks. So it's a good thing the fridge makes craft ice balls for drinks. I also love the convenient quick access door <3 Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a Samsung 2017 model with a computer screen in the door….we really liked it but after 8 Ice maker repair kits, we were told it was unrepairable and since it was warranted we received credit to purchase a new refrigerator. We then purchased this LG (took 5 months to get it!) and after a month use, we love the new LG! At this time everything works flawlessly! The features and roominess of this unit are very well thought out! Love the craft Ice maker too! This is a quality made refrigerator!

Bought on October 5 Initially we were looking at a Samsung but the sales person asked us to look at the LG.We looked at a couple of LGs kept coming back to the one we bought. We love the center drawer and the ability to switch it to a freezer drawer, love the craft ice maker, love the fact it has Wi-Fi, I can get on my phone and check the features. I also like the see thru door. This is the first LG product we have ever owned. As of now you have a life long customer. I am 100% sold on LG.
