[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 9 months ago. We like the access door and the ice maker. The fridge had a rattle in the motor for a while. We called and they said to defrost it and said they would send instructions. I never got them but my wife was cleaning it out and left it open for a while. It's never happened again since then. The freezer door didn't close well when we first received it but it may have just been us getting used to it. Seems to be fine now. We like the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read a lot about refrigerator options before choosing this unit. The door in door view door and the mid level drawer sold us. The best option is that extra drawer that can act as a fridge extension or can conver to a freezer. It came in very handy after the holidays to convert to a freezer for storing left overs. Was going to buy a freezer for the garage and now I may not need to. Temperature is great on this unit and the family love the round designer ice balls this fridge can make… nice for cocktails!

This LG refrigerator has great capacity for storage options. The center pull out is the best for either drinks or food. The see thru door makes it very nice to see when things are getting low without having to open the door. The one down side of this unit is that we have a craft ice unit in the freezer and it always malfunctions. We wish we could change it out to the normal ice. The water escapes the unit and leaves a frozen pool of water in the pan and the ice balls do not come out. Every few months we have to disassemble the unit and remove the frozen content. Once we do that its works beautifully again for a few more months before the issue occurs again.

The dispenser gives you water, ice cubes, or crushed ice. Lots of room for storage. The freezer is the two pull out drawers at the bottom. Easy to see all that you have in their.

We called LG and they were so helpful quickly sending a person to replace the door which the option that we requested. It looks great, has wonderful features that we do enjoy very much. We do recommend it to anyone that asks.

You can see everything in 50% of refrigerator without wasting energy to open the door! Secondly, we absolutely love the ice cube balls for adult or kid beverages. Finally, the sleek design in the black matte finish is classy, sophisticated and timeless!

Unfortunately, I'm unable to utilize full functionality of it because it is not 5G compatible.....very disappointing. As a result, I don't have accessexc to the other functions.

I called service and they fixed it. My only problem was it seemed to be a problem with all the refrigerators. I thin a LG should set out a recall on the ice maker.

The double-tap door view is a great idea, and the quick access for frequently used items saves cooling costs. The water access dispenser is smart, and convenient. As for the storage room, it has more than enough for your groceries or special/oversized dishes. Finally, it is so quiet, no rattling or humming, you'll never know it's there.
