Does a good job of greening existing grass, but it also introduces a different kind of grass seed. My front lawn was sod, and this product has added at least two different kinds - both more lightly colored - grasses.

Have been using Scotts Turf Builder for years. We had a dry winter and I didn't think the lawn was coming in well this season, but thanks to Scotts Turf Builder it is growing nice and so green! Thanks Scotts!!!!

I have use this product the last 7 years. At times I experiment with other fertilizers. They don't compare to Scotts. My grass is a deep dark green all year round

I use this every spring to kickstart my lawn and help crowd out and weeds. It does a tremendous job at preventing crabgrass and chickeeed, in my experience. I've used it annually for the last three seasons and plan to continue to do so. Recommended!
