I got this water cooler a few weeks ago and boy is it awesome! Super easy to fill, very easy to carry, I love how long it keeps my water cold for. And to me inexpensive! If you are looking for a water cooler look no further! Buy a lifetime! It'll last a lifetime! It works flawlessly for kids sports that's where I've used it the most!

I don't like drinking cold water, so I can't speak to how well it does keeping water cold, but it is very convenient and the perfect size to have in the car with all my other camping gear. Five gallons is a great amount to make sure that myself and my friends all have our hiking packs filled with water. For food storage, I had ice and food In there for over 24 hours in 90° plus weather. Most of the ice remained frozen and my food stayed cold. This cooler did exactly what it's supposed to do and I'm pleased with the quality.

The 5 gal high performance water cooler is an awesome cooler. I am a UPS driver in the desert of Utah where the temp is slightly warm. The cooler retained ice for almost 3 days. My favorite thing about the cooler is that it can be used as a water cooler or mini ice chest. This cooler sat on my shelf in the back of my UPS truck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right away you notice this cooler. We have a small business where people come to our home to pick up our product. I had the cooler set out and almost every customer asked me about it. This is a very sturdy cooler as well. my 4 year old used it as a stool and a chair. It works best like other coolers if you can precool it. By that I mean add you ice first and let it hang out a bit before added your cold water. This seemed to increase how much ice was left over in the cooler the next day. The only negative is the button spout. My fat fingers would have liked something not being pushed into a hole maybe a top mounted plunger would be better… but it was perfect for the kids and they had no problem using it. We love this water cooler with it's versatility and stackablity! I love that it matches our other lifetime cooler.

Leaks, leaks a lot! I have 2 other Lifetime coolers and love them, that’s why I bought this! If you fill it up and carry it, it leaks, if you use the spout, it leaks, if you don’t use the spout, it leaks. For this money I expected it to be 2-3 times better than the old Igloo 5 gal cooler for high school sports but it really isnt! It might keep ice longer but it won’t keep water in the cooler chill. Thee is also no replacement parts to try to get a new spout. So don’t buy this, just get a Igloo!

I've always been a Lifetime cooler fan because they do have great ice retention so I was excited to try out this new jug cooler when Lifetime offered to send it over. I love that this particular cooler doubles as a water jug too. It comes with a spout but you can switch it out with a cap that's sold separately. It also has a bottle opener and the handles make it really easy to carry!

I've always been a fan of Lifetime products, and this new water cooler did not disappoint! High quality, like all their other products and just the right size. I was able to take this cooler on it's first test run recently on a day trip to the mountains and I was impressed with how well it insulated. It spent a good deal of the day in the back of my hot car, and it still held ice the next day! The rope handles are nice, but can make it a little challenging to carry with just one hand. Still a nice looking feature! Excited to use this even more over the coming months as the weather warms up! We spend a lot of time in the mountains and will put it to good use! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great water cooler! Features I love: The square shape. This makes for easy packing and storing. The attached lid. No losing it or dropping it in the dirt on refill! It also secures tightly and easily and has a great seal. The water spout. No leaks and is also removable for easy cleaning. Ice retention. We had the cooler filled for approximately 6 hours and had lost very little ice volume. Features I don't love: Rope handles. I feel that they make the cooler more difficult to pick up and less sturdy to carry around vs solid handles. Definitely not a deal breaker though! It could also be used as a little day lunch cooler and is a great size for that. Overall, very happy with the product!

We have been taking this to practices and games for our three baseball players and it is so convenient! The rope handles are sturdy for carrying, I'm impressed with the overall quality in general. The ice retention is great for those hot game days, happy the kids will stay hydrated! My favorite part is the spout, easy for the players to help themselves to but can also be removed and replaced with a cap (purchased separately) to make it a stand alone cooler as well. Looking forward to taking this camping too!
