However, after using the conditioner, my hair became dry and stiff, not shiny or smooth. Worse yet, my hair got tangled when using the conditioner, whereas before, if my hair got tangled after shampooing, I just needed conditioner to make it soft and smooth again. After shampooing and conditioning, when I blow-dried my hair, it became split at the ends, rough, and puffed up, feeling dry and stiff. Pros: The scent is pleasant and long-lasting. Even after going to a BBQ restaurant after washing my hair, it still smelled good and didn't absorb much of the grilled meat smell. The price is also much higher compared to Pantene or H&S. The packaging is beautiful, with harmonious colors.

I usually will need to use a thick hair mask, but this product is super hydrating!
