Mostly happy with the shelving, but the threads where stripped/defective on two of the upper pole sections and it looks like the manufacturer is out of replacement poles. Structurally, the shelves are stable and strong, so I can still make use of the lower section using 3 shelves instead of the full set of 5 shelves.

I bought two sets of these shelves from Sam's Club and I am very happy with them. I have purchased similar NSF rated shelf units from other suppliers several times in the past. Assembly method, quality and load capacity seem to be pretty much the same. The main benefit with the Member's Mark unit is that it comes with plastic shelf liners which make sliding boxes side-to-side on the shelves much easier. These liners would likely cost $25 to $50 if purchased separately, so having them including is a major plus which makes this purchase an excellent value!

This item was delivered to my home and I immediately took it out of the box and began setting it up. I was almost completely finished when I realized that one of the bars was bent so, I could not complete the set up. I called SAMs and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with an exchange. Fed ex came the next day to pick the product up and the replacement rack followed 3 days later. I set it up in 15 minutes and have been extremely happy with my new rack.

The shelving system is exactly what I thought I was ordering (no surprises!) I picked it up at the store and the packaging was good. the only minor downsize was the assembly instructions and the difficulty for one person to assemble alone (if you are 83 yrs old,) Young folks should have no problem.

This is the third or fourth rolling rack shelf we have purchased for business and home. Each time we put it together was a bit of a struggle but overall they are super sturdy and work great. The wheels are great where lock in place as well and are very sturdy. Overall it is a great purchase.

I ordered two of these. I bought them because they were on sale for $20 off each. I was charged the full, regular price. I had to place a 20 minute call to get the $40 credited. The customer service lady in the Philippines acted like she did me a favor. One of the units arived with the box broken open. The zip ties holding the sheves together had been cut or broken. There was a connector piece pre-installed cross threaded. I had to use a vise and a rubber mallet to remove and straighten it. After assembly one of the legs is half an inch off the ground. I had to unscrew the wheel a half inch to make it level. It was assembled exactly the way the other legs were That is not how it is supposed to be. The other unit is as it should be.

Very sturdy and great capacity. I did not use the wheels but the leveling feet it was very easy to adjust and make stable. Assembly was a challenge for one person, too many parts. A measuring tape was helpful to get the shelves level. Have a plan as to what you want to store on each shelf; they are difficult to move once the unit is assembled. Highly Recommend!

This shelving unit is excellent quality, very sturdy and rolls easily on smooth surface. As a tall senior female, I was able to assemble it by myself, altho' it would have been easier with 2 people. The plastic cuffs that hold the shelves kept popping off while sliding the shelves onto them, but I won, finally! I have been using it as a vertical sorting station as I reorganize rooms and closets. It will go in the garage eventually.

I needed something study but movable for all my craft supplies. The large casters more easily on my carpeting but can be locked in place. The solid shelf liners are excellent to keep smaller objects from either getting caught on the wiring or dropping through. I am a 78 year old female but I was able to assemble it without any help from others.

These shelves are great, I wish they where still on the shelf at the store. They are built very well and are reasonably priced, I hope they don't get crazy with the ridiculous inflated pricing that's been going on for No REASON the past year. I wish they would come back with the similar 3' & corner shelves that use to be in the store, so I can offer them to my customers again for garage and pantry's. There are plenty of wire shelves on the market, but a lot are made poorly, these are made well, I know I've been using and installing wire shelving for nearly 40 years.
